This thread is pretty happy joy joy. Happy to see so many friends still playing and coming back for classic. But more then anything this thread is a simple reminder of how good we had it on DW for the first couple of years. Names really mattered, you logged on and played with or against the same people over and over.
I switched to a protection warrior after vanilla and barely touched the hunter ever again. Tanking suited me well and I’ve bounced around on private servers the last couple of years even doing a bit of raiding again.

Would love to pvp again with some deathwingers in classic. I have very little desire to run the pve stuff again, no offense to anyone looking to fill that need.

Quite a few old school names I remember!
Trazox - Undead shadow priest from Vanilla/BC.
Was a member of The Raging Fist, Unleashed Fury, and later Terminus. Also spent a lot of time pvping with xantim, uthgar, sacks, and that crew of mostly pretty pink pwnies members.
Remember having lots of good battles with Dalara over the years.
Still my favorite gaming time ever, the sense of community was so great, specially in the early PvP scene! From line warfare in hillsbrad, to endless Alterac valley matches, and roaming organized 5v5 battles in mulgore. Great times!

Killemdead/Bubbleelf here and Kromos is back in Classic and I am in regular wow debating installing the classic. I just talked to Kromos yesterday and Blacklabeled I remember you from the old days. I had like 8 toons in DISCONTENT and ran the website for a year or 2.

I had an Undead Priest named Convalesce, which I ultimately changed to Percussion. I was also in Addiction during vanilla, and then later, DISCONTENT!
Hairless, I tell my friends about Brainshock and his Texan accent all the time. He’s my go-to example of how Shaman used to be able to tank raid content! I distinctly remember Eek (good old Main Tank). I’ll have to scour my memory for more names.

I was looking for Addiction peeps! I was Anastasiya then (and now lol). Started as an undead rogue.
I played with Eek and Brainshock, both good guys. Brain took some getting used to 
HAIR!!! I remember you! Man those names bring back the memories!

Hey all I played on Deathwing from TBC to Cata.
I mained my rogue IGotSoul in Cartel and Enigma. Eventually I mained my mage IGotChills in the Addiction 10 man. I remember a lot of people in this thread. Cool to see some of these old names.

I’m late to the party, but this thread was fun to read! Malpractice (now Tatum) talked me back into the game. We’re on Kirtonos, but considering a server transfer.
Lots and lots of nostalgia reading through the names here! Rhob, Stoneyfreak, Joreus, Chopliver… the list goes on. CRAZY! Hope you’re all having fun.
