Death stuck after wipe in blackrock raid

LFG raid wipe in last boss, unable to release due to a bug, i went to the website to use the service of unstuck the character, it didnt do anything my character is still dead in blackrock unable to respawn.

I need help (character nick is Spamthunder)

There should be a option at the botom to have a gm manualy move u via website.

Have you tried having everyone in the raid group log out and stay logged off for at least 30 minutes? You might have to force close the game (ALT-F4) if you are stuck in combat.

Unfortunately, if you are stuck in combat and cannot release you’ll need to do a soft reset on the instance by having everyone log out for 30 minutes. That should reset the instance and the active encounters that may be keeping you in combat.

I might have been in this group. I see other corpses of people who used the stuck character service stuck in the same spot.
