Video showed up on my recommended during my coffee break today.

Saying Sauron is stronger than Arthas in a physical duel by comparing a ritual magic feat between the two is big suss. As expected, this type of thing being determined by some sort of obscure calculation so that you can say it is âscientiflcally provenâ⌠it is what it is.
I suppose it was entertaining enough to watch two action figures smash into each other. Just remember that one of them drown to death and then was destroyed by a gnome, and the other defeat 25 of Azerothâs greatest champions.
Gokuâs hits can destroy an entire universe now?
I think more specifically its something like the clash of two opposing blows can send out a ripple that can shatter the universe. Itâs the specific reason why the Tournament of Power is moved outside of physical space into an infinite void so that fighters can fight with their full strength without destroying the universe. And then that leads to the point where Goku and Jiren fighting âshakes infinityâ, theyâre so strong that even though theyâre outside the universe it is reverberating in the endless void.
Itâs really nonsense. Granted, it was sort of inevitable from the direction of the franchise, given how early theyâre destroying planets and then star systems, but yeah itâs kind of nonsense.
Iâm sure you can google it if you want specifics.
I donât know what any of that gibber jabber is cause I havenât seen DBZ since I was in elementary school but thatâs insanr
Theyâve got it on hulu now. You donât have to bootleg or do crunchy roll or any of that nonsense.
I actually think I like Super more than Z TBH, I know thatâs blasphemous to say but I feel like Z didnât age well. Theyâve even done Z from what I understand, cutting out a lot of the filler and needless charge-up sequences, which the fact that they felt they needed to redo Z to me says it all about some of the issues with it.
LK wins unless they fudge it.
Melkor would be a more interesting fight.
Edit: Just watched it, and like the whole Goku vs Superman thing, they really nerfed one side to get the result they wanted, lol.

Honestly, went about how I expected. Close, but Sauron takes it.
Really kinda reminds me of how Lich King vs Lei Shen goes. One on one, the other guy wins. But in a battle of armies, the Lich King would definitely take it.
Gotta say, that line right near the end was pretty epic.
âI will rip out your heart!â
âYou will find nothing there!â
Pretty good TBH.

On this note⌠man, Warcraft really hasnât had good villain vs villain interactions in a long time. I think this is part of the reason so many of us are hyped for Light vs Void to eventually come, as weâll finally have that old-school style three-way conflict happening that Blizzard used to be known for in their games (Humans vs Demons vs Angels, Terran vs Protoss vs Zerg, Demons vs Illidari vs Scourge).
Just watched it. Sauron seemed to OP in that YouTube vid and where was the Lich Kingâs army?

I still say Sauronâs feats are too undefined to really place his power fairly (granted I donât know anything about Rings of Power or what it may or may not have done to define it) but meh, fun nerdy stuff
Next weekâs anime. Nothing Iâm particularly interested in
In most instances I think they tend to try and keep fights to the actual combatants, unless those combatants are specifically defined by their minions/armies (a la Eggman vs Dr. Wily)
Isnât raising the dead to fight one of his staple abilities though? They gimped him compared to Sauronâs powers. I miss the show from batinthesun.

same where they had both victories to see a what if

I mean, they kind of showed that at the start of the fight with him sending the ghosts to attack Sauron
On top of that, theyâre also on record multiple times saying the battle animation isnât the literal fight that would go on that ends up deciding the outcome, itâs purely for entertainment value
Even level 10 starting Death Knights had more undead abilities then the Lich King in that video.

It is obvious to say that if you swapped the Lich King and Sauron, Lich King and his armies would be a larger threat to Tolkienâs world. Meanwhile, Sauron would be mid at best, a patch boss we wrap up in X.0 patch before moving onto the main event of an expansion.
Sauronâs orcish Horde wouldnât even compare to the Iron Horde I imagine. And his his Death Knights? Bruh, a hobbit can 1v1 a ring Wrath. All 7 of them at once would be an early boss fight in a raid, think The Nine in SoD.
All that said, for the one vs one, it is what it is.

One way or another the lich kingâs army is getting that ring but I am bias since I am posting on the WoW forums and I hated Rings of Power.
It is, though they try to keep armies out of it and the ability to raise the dead is pretty useless against Sauron himself.
Which isnât terribly uncommon for Death Battle to pick a fight that thematically is cool, but the power sets donât really match up well. If they included the armies itâs still be a stomp, just in the opposite direction.
The orcs are no match for the Scourge.
also what the lich king kills they are part of the scourge army
and while would be a cool battle might get boring fast
Didnât a mortal man take out Sauron tho
