They took the only complete data they had, and said “Okay, you guys win; No-changes.”

“We don’t trust Modern Blizzard to make changes!”

Yes, there are plenty of stupid forum posts… There are also plenty of good ones. Surely you, and Blizzard, can differentiate between them.
Look at how many threads are complaining about the AV meta. What do you think of it?
On the rare occasion I play PvP (BfA or Classic), I generally try and play for fun (hard concept I know) and really couldn’t care less about honour (some is nice but farming as much honour per hour is ugh).
the only thing wrong with wsg aside from premades is no timer.
they really need to add a timer to wsg.
When I do a /who of the top rankers on my server- guess where they are.
WSG. Funny how the best players with the most honour/week seem to see something different from the players who are well behind.
Then again, those guys can do 10-12 WSG/hour, while I imagine the players that are complaining can’t manage that.
The meta is still WSG ranking, if you’re not doing it it’s because you just aren’t good enough for WSG.

Zakiri, WSG may be viable for alliance, but I assure you it isn’t for horde. The queue times are too long. I am exalted with WSG and I haven’t been in bracket 14 since wPvP ended.
I never liked wsg in vanilla and won’t play it now.
I also was never big on av so did what I needed to do for revered.
Whether you want to accept reality or not, bgs are new and people are primary grinding rep and/or honor. At this time, av is the best option for both.
Just because wsg was the grinder bg in vanilla, that doesn’t automatically mean something is wrong with classic.
If you don’t PVP, why should we care what your opinion is on battlegrounds?

There was no contradiction. However, what I do see is you always wanting to be on the contrary. If you want to fanboy/girl it up for Activision then that’s fine. However, let’s not sit here and act like this short relived experience is strictly the player bases fault.

Uh, it is the player’s fault. This version of Alterac Valley has been around since 2008. People have been zerging AV since then for honor. Blizzard announced long ago that patch 1.12 version was what was being put in the game. Many players (myself included) preferred the older version of AV that could take days to win; however that’s not what we have. It’s not getting changed, no matter how much you stamp your feet and hold your breath. So either you deal with what we have or you don’t play, no point in crying.
