I am one of those players that was affected by your toxic behavior in-game, and just so you know, you were super toxic to few friends of mine to the point of making them hate the game, thank god i have thick skin and can tolerate people like you.
I really hope that your appeal gets denied, and your mute carries on till it expires. I even hope it never gets lifted, because i know for sure, every single word you have typed up there is nothing but… yeah, you know the word.
Hope to never see a single word typed from you again in-game.

You’re mistaken. Squelches are automated at a certain number of reports. This does silence the account, but it’s temporary until a GM reviews it. If an actual silence goes out, that means a GM reviewed it and determined a silence was warranted. If they determine it’s not warranted, then the squelch is removed and no penalty is applied.

Thing is, OP is on his eighth or ninth infraction. If a player has such a well-documented inability to learn from past mistakes, the punishments need to scale up.
Maybe the lesson here is don’t troll.
Why? Why is eight months ridiculous when four months obviously wasn’t sufficient to drive the point home that his realm-mates are tired of his behavior?

Though, to never see a word again, simply place them on ignore.
