I don’t know how it’s that confusing, but I’m sure my beautiful blizzard Devs understood
They do, it’s just referred to as a 58 boost. Kidding aside, shamans couldn’t transfer to alliance and paladins couldn’t transfer to horde given the way blizz currently has the two races gated behind leveling so it would be scuffed for guilds trying to faction change. Just wait until WoTLK pre patch.
