That is the question, the classic forum topics lock after two months. Why is the retail forum different?
They can get rid of the annoying “Your topic is similar to…” popup that encourages replying to old threads rather than starting a new conversation.
That’s what I want to know! 
I think a 6 month timer should suffice, it’s not locking people out to read. The game changes and evolves overtime it’s best to start a fresh up to date thread.
War Within is going to be changing alot of stuff and I’m hoping for a clean sweep with a fresh forum like they did in 2018 was it?
EU forums are the same. I thought theres were 30 days though.
Its like NA Retail is specifically the different one.
That was changing to a new forum format all together.

If that was the case then I would’ve wanted to see a forums more simplistic and easier to navigate, unlike the one we have now
/set reminder: 1 year from now.
What do you think they should do?

It kind of makes sense. So people won’t post the same question/discussion in dozens of different threads.
It’s not a problem at all. If you don’t want to read them, don’t open them. You can go the extra step and mute them.
Only issue I find is when people necro last years trading post threads lol
