Blizzard, PLEASE either merge Thalnos or offer players a transfer. This server is by all means dead. The MMO part of this game on this server is non existent. Forget doing any of the group quests. If you cant solo them, then your crap outta luck. May as well scratch them off because your chances of finding a second are slim to none, and slim left town. Oh, and dont even think about dungeons. There’s not even enough players online to form 5 man dungeon groups. If player interaction and the thought of community is so important to the game, which it is, you should immediately rectify this issue for your players by either a merge or transfer option. Seeing there is no LFG in BC, those seem to be the only 2 viable options. Im almost level 66 at this point and I seriously doubt I will even complete 1 dungeon by the time I hit level 70. At 70, what am I to do then? there will be no end game content what so ever. BC was by far my favorite expansion, but this is making the experience quite crappy. Im sure that this will get ZERO attention, but as a 16 yr member/player of WOW, this is VERY unsatisfactory. PLEASE give Thalnos players an option to transfer…or merge…PLEASE! This server died well over a year ago and DID NOT recover with BC, so its time to rectify the situation I’d think.
The merging could be done beautifully. It’s the perfect opportunity for Blizzard to screw up everything.
Its pretty pitiful when armor items you have listed on the AH are the only thing listed in the entire armor category period. Thats happened many times. Its pretty damn sad. This all falls on deaf ears. One thing Ive learned about blizz after playing WOW for 16 years, is they dont care what I or anyone else thinks about issues in the game. They’ve taught me that many times through the years. lol

Pretty dang dead. There is no commerce. Only way to make gold is from questing. I have tried every time ive been on to find/make a group for any of the dungeons in Hellfire, Zanger, and Terrokar, to zero success. Literally you cant find a tank/healer and that would be if you could even find 2 other dps. As i said, im pretty sure I will level out to 70 without ever even being able to do a single dungeon. Whats end game content going to be? Im guessing it will consist of going back and doing the lower level group quests I couldnt solo and finishing quests I didnt complete when leveling…that will be my only option unless i pony up the 25.00 for the transfer. PITIFUL!
Thalnos is quite dead, In the morning hours (EST) there is less than 10 people on and “Peak hours” it’s always less than 50.

Yup. Peak hours i cant even find enough for a 5 man. 15 months ago it had a decent pop, but went totally dead a year ago. I quit playing classic because of that. They should have a warning for ppl that might think about joining Thalnos. Should say something to the effect of “You vs environment completely unmolested. The complete SOLO experience, just like playing a non internet connected console” LOL. Blizz should allow ppl on Thalnos to at least buy gold because there is no way you’re going to be able to make enough off of questing to buy epic flying/mount. You will quest out before getn the g’s lol

Burkkins, Id be pumped with 1.5-3k pop LOL! I think those were the numbers before the server died and it was livable. You could at least find ppl for groups and what not. Not anymore though. It would be too good to be true if Blizz actually did something about this, but I wont hold my breathe. The last time I was in a situation with a low pop server I rode it out to the point of quitting, then finally paid for a transfer. That other server though had way more pop than Thalnos does. One thing is for sure, you will not be getting the full gaming experience if this doesnt change. Not end game or leveling. When you cant run dungeons as you level, it sucks. Not just the gear, but the xp you miss while leveling. Then end game, you will experience NOTHING. Maybe you’ll be able to find 4 more and run a dungeon, if your lucky, but Karazan/SSC/BT/SP ect…? FORGET ABOUT IT lol
hmm thought population isn’t dropping in classic or tbc maybe can consider pay transfer service or maybe boosting service? heard is good for you.
Unfortunately Blizzard will offer you solution sometime soon, in terms of allowing people to transfer to your server, which no one will take. Rather than letting you transfer off and play the game.
Life hands you lemons. Farm ore til your bank is full. Transfer and be rich. Not the ideal solution sure. But it’s all I can suggest.
Imagine being hard enough to pick that name, yet soft enough to post this.
Take Advantage of this and farm your little heart out, max mining and herbalism and keep farming ,
Then transfer servers and you’ll have a pretty penny to your name.

Sounds like a problem with an easy solution: allow free realm transfers out of your realm.
