There are two dozen threads on this, many of which have blue responses in them, if you browse the Customer Support or other Support forums.

Please stop bumping your own thread. This serves no purpose. They know about these problems and they are working on them. You aren’t bringing more attention to the issue by saying, “day 3 no resolution,” “day 4 no resolution,” etc. It may be 20 days until we have a resolution, who knows?
