Day 7* - Still unable to open the trader tender box

Day 3 of the Trading post, same bugged state as before.

Unable to acquire any trader’s tender from the box at the trading post.

I have tried every available and offered option and still cannot, as many others cannot, loot the box.

Please let us know what’s going on and if this is actively being worked on, so far in no threads have we seen any comment or note.

This issue is not listed in the KNOWN ISSUES post for the trading post or the patch.

Day 4 - still unable to collect tender, still no post regarding fix. Please advise!

Day 7 - Still unable to Loot the Trader’s Tender box.

I have tried

resetting UI/WTF folders
full reinstall of the game
logging in via different device

Still unable to loot the box after “completing” the intro quest.

Please advise!

There are two dozen threads on this, many of which have blue responses in them, if you browse the Customer Support or other Support forums.

Please stop bumping your own thread. This serves no purpose. They know about these problems and they are working on them. You aren’t bringing more attention to the issue by saying, “day 3 no resolution,” “day 4 no resolution,” etc. It may be 20 days until we have a resolution, who knows?
