Dawnbreaker is easy.

Map reading isn’t hard. Learn to do that and it’s fine

If I was that kind of guy this would be on r/agedlikemilk

Good for OP I am not.

No, that honor would be a toss up between The Oculus, Opening the Dark Portal, and both versions of Violet Hold.

Dawnbreaker isn’t even the worst dungeon in this season.

Dawnbreaker is an easy win for M+ if you know the nechanics.

I will give you Nokhud Offensive. It’s clear you have a Learn2play Skyriding issue.

But once you master or have a grip with your Skyriding, Nokhud Offensive and Dawnbreaker would be among the best. Skyriding action, fly, glide and land with style filled with action pack fights.

Have you seen the movie Avatar? Their flying mount combat sequence is cool. It has the same feel when you play those Dungeons with Flying Mount.

You don’t evne need to skyride. They buffed regular flying in the dungeon.

Yeah you can. If you want to be the last to get to the destination, go ahead. Boss might be dead before you get there. That will always be the case in Nokhud Offensive if there’s slow flying in there. You know Swirlies that makes you fly fast on SKyriding? How would you use that on Slow flying?

I would be embarrassed if I use slow flying on Dawnbreaker. You are telling everyone… ‘noob here, wait for me’. If you have guts, good luck. Imagine, if youre the Tank and you are slow flying. All of you are already in the location and you cant pull mobs becoz the Tank was left behind with his slow flying mount. Dont be surprised if someone kicks you.

oh great another nohkud dungeon…

The dungeon itself is actually pretty easy compared to the other TWW instances on the rotation. However its a jankfest of bugs when it comes to those airships.

I love dawnbreaker. I had the no-ship issue once and have died to the big purple boom boom fly away on the first boss even when far away a couple of times, but I’ve been issue-free for a while.

No, no, no. What I hate is siege. Siege is a special place of hate. When BFA was over, I was happy… because there would be no more siege. But siege came back—to hurt me. :frowning:

It’s such a simple thing to make the boss and miniboss fire their orb down the road, far away from the group. Even more simple when you know it’s coming and are told that’s where you should make them shoot it.
But people still just can’t do it. I don’t understand it.

Not even close. While Dawnbreaker is a bit messy (especially your first few times in there) I’d rank the following dungeons as WAY worse

  1. NPC escorts
They would attack/aggro things that you didnt want to (or at a bad time) and if they died at any point, you’d have to go back and start that part over again. Additionally, they would either go at a snail’s pace or at an annoying pace (faster than walking but slower than running, faster than running but slower than mounted speed). Also, there was a lot of RP, which is fine at first, but after the nth time… :face_with_spiral_eyes:
  • Old Hillsbrad Foothills
  • The Culling of Stratholme
  • Halls of Stone
  • Hour of Twilight
  • Well of Eternity
  1. Stand in one room
Really lazy from a design standpoint and super boring to effectively just stand in one spot as things spawn on a timer
  • The Black Morass
  • The Violet hold
  • Assault on Violet Hold
  • Trial of the Champion

Waht in the Lords name are you talking about when you say a “Learn2play Skyriding issue?”

The entire dungeon is complete trash. You could replace the mount portion with a magic portal and it would still be garbage.

Trash to inexperienced players as they dont know what the heck theyre doing. Where did everybody go? He has no clue. YOu know what. On me, I marked the Tank with Square. I always have a clue on where to go. Bads are bad.

Portal is garbage. You know with Skyriding… you stun the mobs that you landed from the sky. And it would be perfect when you stun mobs while they are casting. You save an interrupt CD. That’s part of the action.

And when the Boss blows everything in the ship, you need to fly out and stay in the air until the Boss finished the explodes. Portal? Where to? Yeah… Portal to your Hearthstone. That would be you.

You have no clue. No wonder, the dungeon is complete trash to you.

The minimap doesn’t update in real time, and the speed at which people just dissapear from the field of view is like, 2 seconds. When everyone flies off in a different direction it doesn’t help either.

You do not stun mobs when you land, this isn’t dragonflight.

You have no idea what you’re talking about, and you’re just mad on this Saturday morning for some reason. Go have some coffee, sit on the back porch and think about what you’re doing with your life, because this ain’t it chief.

That’s why you learn it on low level version of that Dungeon. You get to the location by yourself. You could use the mark to know if the Tank is lost. And if you are still lost, you could hover around and look for that Square Blue.

Your post is the reason. Dawnbreaker is a decent dungeon… not a garbage. It’s like when somebody told me that WoW is garbage. It’s automatic, I would have a response for it.

No, it’s not a decent dungeon. It’s a terrible dungeon.

Is the flying part a factor? Of course it is. Is it the only one? Not at all. There are a lot of reasons why it sucks and why it’s not a fun dungeon.

Don’t know why you’re so mad.

Dawnbreaker is in the top 5 worst dungeons in the game, and nothing you say will change that.
