Hello. I am having some serious bugs happening in the Dawnbreaker dungeon. I will list a few:
The Dawnbreaker ship not appearing initially at the start of the dungeon
While on the Dawnbreaker, unable to mount to fly to the other ships
When I board the Dawnbreaker at the start, when I place Death and Decay before the ship moves the DnD circle will get stuck in midair and not move with the ship
On the last boss, after flying to its final spot, I cannot use my ability ‘Dancing Rune Weapon’ on my blood dk. I cannot even click to use it. It breaks this specific ability every time I am in the dungeon at this exact point.
That is all for now. The last one is specifically the worst for me as that is one of my main abilities to generate Bone Shield charges… just end up having to spam Marrowrend. This also hampers my ability to use Tombstone and Bonestorm because I need Bone Shield charges in order to.
First boss can bug on a wipe and not respawn (currently trying to figure this out as I type). Edit: couldn’t figure it out. Dropping to my death looked like it worked, but did not. I gave up and reloaded the dungeon.
I also encountered the unable to mount to fly to other ships bug the other night. We spent like 20 minutes running around the ship trying to figure out if we were doing something wrong haha
Just que’d into one at the first boss with nothing spawning and we were unable to fly. So tired of getting 30 minute deserter buffs because of Dawnbreaker.
When following the last boss to its final spot, while going under the rock land bridge, my action bar stopped working. I slowly sank into the ground, died, screen went black (could see my UI still). Could still chat, couldn’t accept rez, couldn’t release, couldn’t leave the dungeon. Ended up d/cing me. Ported back into the dungeon, then it ported me out in front
Edit: this happened to me and another person at the exact same point.
I’ve had similar ground effect spell issues with the dawnbreaker. While playing the Voidweaver Hero Talent Tree, my Entropic Rift follows the enemies at a slightly slower pace than the forward movement. This leaves the rift off-center and sometimes misses the damage on other mobs around my target or the final explosion won’t hit them either.
the starting area with the 2 packs of mobs before you get to stairs for ship has multiple, multiple LOS issues even though mobs are not LOS. if tank pulls mobs a little to much to the left or right we experienced LOS issues.
the invisible boat. happened to my wife twice so far and just happened to me about 20 mins ago. run up stairs to boat. no boat. log out and in, and there it appeared sailing off. died to debuff.
on the ship. there are many pathing issues upon pulling boss and then from various angles when flying back in to the ship. pets stuck not being able to attack. having to dismiss and resummon on top of boss.
hopefully these issues can be addressed. this dungeon cannot go live with the m+ season as is.
Had an exciting new one today: On my rogue alt tonight, Icould not mount on the first or last boss because I was in combat. Died both explosions on first boss, luckily had Vanish off of cooldown for the third boss so I could vanish and mount quick.
Played unholy DK in this dungeon. While on the Dawnbreaker ship (at any point in the dungeon), the spell ‘Epidemic’ would not register when attempts to use it were made. Couldn’t click on it either.
The DK pets would struggle to appear on the Dawnbreaker ship, especially when I was flying from ship to ship. At one point, a pet that I summoned didn’t appear at all.

When the dungeon finishes, it ports me out front of it in Hallowfall sometimes. I’m usually doing LFG queues from Dorn.
Unsure if it’s related but I queued with my instance group from the Dawnbreaker dungeon and immediately died entering the next dungeon.
Last boss, will not drop its immunity buff in follower version of the dungeon. tried changing between npc/myself leading, despawning, even dying to respawn the boss, and nothing changed.
There is a Nightfall Shadowmage that will aggro me (healer) after zoning in.
Unless it’s killed, it will attack me with infinite range throughout the whole instance.
Hitting with Night Bolt for 300k each time.
I have done this dungeon 4 times. 100% of the time I have fallen though one of the spider ships. 25% of the time I auto dismounted and fell to my death. Other 75% of the time I managed to use most of my vigour to fly around the suddenly solid ship to manage to land on it.
add to the list the fact that if you fly at certain parts of the ship you can phase trough it and get either stuck inside or dismounted right trough the ship itself, both leading to your death eventually
Attempting to do this as a follower dungeon. Died on first boss, but followers killed it. When I rezed, I am running in midair constantly trying to catch up with the ship. I can’t attack, stop running or mount. Says I can’t do anything while moving. Had close and reopen wow.
Druid flight form will not allow golden orbs to spawn during last boss in Dawnbreaker.
Demon Hunter Infernal Leap will sometimes send me through the ship floor. (So far a quick wings has enabled me to glide back and flip back on to correct “deck”. Even though my neck is in the floor.
I can’t confirm farseer shaman with healing rain but as resto totemic shaman, Surging Totem / Acid Rain doesn’t heal or do any damage while on the boat. Good thing only half the dungeon is on the boat lol.
I haven’t tested as totemic enhancement, but would assume similar outcome.
