This key is bugged, how many times will they keep giving it to me ?

In what way is it bugged? Echoing the previous, commenting such will not bring it to anyone’s attention in this forum.
Key completion and failure both shuffle the deck and give you a different dungeon (and difficulty), as well as the NPC in Valdrakken and at the end of every dungeon.
I can’t invite anyone they don’t know what keystone it is. Because it is bugged, i have a it is bugged
NOt sure what you mean by ‘it’s bugged’, but if you have useful beyond ‘it’s bugged’, you can post in the bug report forum.
Because you can’t link it? Or are you unable to edit the group listing when listing it up in LFG? You’re not really giving enough information for anyone to try and help you. Elaborate what is going on, please. The more information we have, the better.
You don’t need to create multiple threads. Doing that and lashing out at people who are trying to help you with you only sharing the bare minimum information is a quick way to lose your posting privileges. Please, calm down and focus on one thread. People are happy to try and help, but we can’t with you not explaining beyond “It’s bugged!”
So is the issue that it cannot be listed automatically (as mentioned in this thread) and thus would require having the ability to manually edit your group listings (available by having the Authenticator & SMS on your account)?

i cant list it because i get a error message and customer support ALLL BUT ADMITED THE KEY WAS BUGGED and so they decided after the first time they gave a bugged key THEY WOULD GIVE ME THE SAME BUGGED KEY AGAIN
Then reopen the ticket and say the key is still bugged.
I understand that you may be frustrated, Eumenides, but posting a bunch of topics, typing in all caps, and providing very little in the way of coherent information about what is going on just isn’t helpful.
There are a bunch of others who have been trying to talk to you, to get information and they have received no information or another tirade that no one can decipher.
Looking at your ticket history, this method of communication seems to be standard for you, but I’m afraid that we will not tolerate it here.
I would implore you to take a breath and then, if it is an issue that a Game Master might be able to help with, open a ticket and try to explain the situation clearly. You seem to be mixing up keystones, the authenticator, SMS/phone notifications and any number of things.
Keep in mind, Game Master’s cannot fix bugs. If there is an ongoing issue happening, you’ll need to wait until a hotfix or patch can be applied to resolve it.
