I requested my data. Is there a summarized list of categories when I’m looking at my data?
Looking at my data is hard to navigate.

I’ve requested my data once before and it showed up in one big PDF or something. If the data retrieval process is manually processed by employees then I can see why they wouldn’t really bother sorting through each player’s individual data to break it down like an outline document. It’s a lot of information.

it basically shows chatlog histories, achievements, forum posts, last login locations, lootbox opening, match histories, account penalties, account creation, account transactions, complaint history etc. But it’s a long list.
Would like an organized categories if anyone has it.
No one would be able to send you an organized list, it’s your list.
If you’re looking for something specific, could you just do a Ctrl + F and search the document for it?

You misread. There is categories. I just would like to have a category list. Here is an example of a category list:

Battle.net Group Chat
New Forum Data - World of Warcraft Forums - en_US

Ohh so you’re just looking for like an index then of what all the possible categories are?

I’d recommend asking @Idontknowhow on this as they’ve said they ordered such.
