I’m unable to do the turn in for the “Dark Iron Dwarves” quest which requires you to speak to Anduin at the embassy to complete the quest, but he doesn’t spawn at that location. The quest cannot be turned in to the version of Anduin at the keep either.
Over the last six weeks, I’ve tried dropping the quest once a week and picking it up, but Anduin doesn’t spawn at the embassy. Tried relogging after picking up the quest again and that doesn’t work either.
Anduin gets phased out really easily these days because he is just used in so many different event quests in different locations. Getting him back in phase with you will depend on exactly why your character is phased out. There are some suggestions in this thread as for why people trying to give him a Valentine’s card can’t see him, the same possible reasons can apply:
