Hope this is a bug. Why on earth let the other holidays be farmable on lower level alts, and then require 60 for this. The expansion hasn’t been out long enough to warrant this at all.
I know some people who aren’t getting shadowlands till Xmas. Feels bad man.

I can’t believe more people haven’t said something. I missed one present in years past and now I only get one shot this year.
You used to be able to do it on non-max levels.

It’s the next step in nickel and diming the base.
It’s not enough to be paying the monthly fee but you also have to pay for the latest expansion and you also have to pump their metrics by spending a few days a piece leveling character after character to the 60 cap.
But hey at least the gear out of the max level only box is Legion level.
Seems buggy, I haven’t (and cant atm) logged to check on it. But all my non 60 alts were showing table quests for Rare Stolen Gift for the BFA missions. I sent a few out on them.
I missed toys a few winters feast ago and this is the only way to get them now. I know in years past you could go on level 110’s and still get the good reward box.
Probably a bug, but still. At a 1% drop rate from the boxes I need all the chances I can get.

This needs to be fixed! I have an army of level 50s and a total of one level 60.

I seem to recall Greench always being max level. Am I wrong?

Even if so past years non max level players were able to get stolen gifts.

I have two characters on this account that have the gift trinket that drops from the stolen gift. Darvile here is one and last Winter Veil he was 110. Have another hunter that was 100 and received that trinket.
seems like when warlords launched, and you had to expeditiously reach level 100 to queue up for the anniversary molten core mount.
that was the only expansion where i got a character to level cap right away. all other expansions i played the quickest i got to level cap was two months after launch dates
This seems a bit out of place? It should be 50 for adventurers who don’t choose to venture into the Shadowlands and are opting to continue the Battle for Azeroth.
Just as it’s worked in the past.

Ha. I just checked on a level 50 character.
They get the junk box from the daily quest but the mission table in Boralus has the mission for the rare box that can have the toys in it.

Sadly no. You will receive unlootable grey junk from the boat mission table.
I just wish that they would come out and say that this is intended or not.
If it’s intended, the last they could do is bump up the toy drop rates to be better than <1%

Have you tried to submit a ticket lately? Seems they changed it. Now you have to navigate a maze of questions, most of which point you to wowhead or the forums. They don’t want us asking questions anymore.
i did a tons of grinch runs on low lvls and all i got was white trash so yeah no enchant this year neither booohh
