Give us our dailies back please (9g ain’t gonna cut it/missing TB dailies). Really hoping this was an oversight due to using an older patch (not the og prepatch).

was also pretty disappointed when I went to do dailies and say the 9g per.

I’m not sure why everyone is so confused about this. Dailies reward 9g and experience. When you’re max level that experience gets converted into extra gold. But, since we’re now in pre patch, we’re no longer “max level”. That’s 90. So we’re not getting the extra gold converted. Experience is suspended for us, yes. But this isn’t like original MoP prepatch. We’re going into 5.4, not 5.0. The game believes we’re already IN MoP. Hence the reduced gold reward.
Perhaps Blizzard will adjust it. They probably won’t.
As an aside, this is also the reason BGs are currently scaling wrong. The endgame is now 90, not 85. So BGs are scaling you to the top of the bracket: 89. Your level 85 stats are pretty bad at level 89 and that’s why you have no hit and most of your mastery is gone.
We’re in level 90 Pandaland now, kids. We just can’t port there yet. For all intents and purposes the max level is now 90, and it’s “messing up” some things.

Blizzard has already clearly started when you will get good money from dailies back. When you hit 90 after mists drops.

I was using sarcasm. But Blizz squished xp for leveling, and the gold for dailies is based on XP. Presumably the xp for dailies got squished too. The system is working as Blizz intended. Want more gold from dailies? You’ll get it at level 90.
