Hello, can you please help me find a phone number so I can contact Blizzard Customer service directly? I am a long time customer of Blizzard products, and I am extremely frustrated by the continuous extended maintenance the past few weeks. I have played since 2006, and this kind of maintenance has not been seen for over 6 years. It is absolutely out of hand and not at all how a company should treat their customers. I am looking to contact someone in customer service who can talk to me about this info, but I cannot find any means through Blizzard’s customer service windows. Thank you.
There isn’t a number to contact Blizzard CS. Unless you have a Billing or Tech Support issue, call back won’t be made available.
They stopped with the number because people abuse the system as they can do anything about maintenance times.
Yes I am sure that is why there is no number, but then again, they are here to support their customers. I would like to be supported by having my feedback reported to the proper people.
As a long term paying customer, I am very disappointed with this companies recent behavior and currently would not recommend any of their products to someone else. If there was even a remotely equivalent alternative I would have long since stopped supporting this company.

I already have, but like I said, I would also like to take the normal routes company have when dealing with unsatisfied customers. I can call walmart or amazon or any of these major companies and complain about their services, and they will feed that information tot he right people to try to fix those problems so they can keep making money.
I have also already submitted a ticket. But i would like to have someone actually write down my complaints over the phone and then file them in whatever system they have for this kind of stuff.
Well, this isn’t Walmart or Amazon. Blizzard want’s you direct your ire to General Discussion as you will not be heard here. The CS forums doesn’t collect player feedback or complaints.
But they again, as a “long time” player, you should be quite aware that Maintenance times can change.
Um…wrong. The last CS layoffs was in 2012, and they hired most of them back.

I have used this forum before and recieved help from Blizzard employees. I would like to recieve a response from them about how I can use the proper channels to have my feedback documented by someone over the phone, not through a ticket.
And you was told how to direct your complaints.
Actually they don’t. You can thank those people that abused the system and that’s the reason why Blizzard stopped it.
If I may be allowed to say, Blizzard Contact phone numbers were disabled way back either during I think it was Draenor or something close to that time due to a massive number of trolling, false flag info using, lies and more. Since then they’ve been disabled.
Your not the first to ask for such details and sadly several blues have responded the with the same awnser that there simply is no way to call/contact them via phone/land line/cellphone or other means then the ticket.
Understand this was once again caused by a massive wave of false flag information, reports and so on from the last thread I saw (about a year ago) that requested the same thing, and it eventually got to the point that it as decided to simply close the customer line for their employees
No, I’m afraid we do not. Any direct number we may have has no involvement with Customer Support.
In addition, our staffs purpose is not to receive feedback about game development or any aspect of it, including extended maintenance. They are there to help with support related issues like account management, purchase issues, etc… Please close your ticket. The only thing you will accomplish there is delay our staff being able to get to folks that they can help.
If you wish to provide feedback or suggestions you may do so by posting on our Community forums with General Discussion being the default option if there isn’t a specific category available for the subject.
Understand, the goal is always to allow you to log in and play the game. We try to keep maintenance periods to a minimum, and extending that time frame is never something that we relish in doing. We can certainly appreciate your frustration, but with or without your feedback, our staff continues to do what they can to bring the realms up as quickly as possible.
