I can’t connect to the customer support telephone number. Anyone else having this problem or they have a new one besides 800-592-5499 that works?
You can’t call them anymore. They disabled that quite a few years ago.
You have to use the Support section of the website now.

The direct line to call them hasn’t been in use for years. Use the support link at the top of the page to file for them to call you back.
If it’s something a callback is available for, that is. What’s the issue you’re having? Perhaps we could help or direct you to where you need to be.

What may we ask do you need help with specifically? We, the players who post in the forum, or a moderator, may be able to point you to the specific place to contact GM help, but it really depends on what issue you are having.

As the others mentioned, we don’t have an active number you can call, but we do have a call back and/or webchat option for certain categories. It really depends on the issue and the hours you are contacting us on what options you have.
As Kozzae said, if you can give us an idea of what your issue is we may be able to better direct you.
