I’m on day 2 and no response and no quest. Customer service is about helping the customer no ignoring them.

Where you posted it, in the bug report forum, is not guaranteed a response, it is only a bug reporting forum.

Battle for Darkshore quest is not there for me on 4 toons. Is this a bug? Is Blizzard going to fix this?

Have you done the introduction to the area quest on all of these characters by chance?

Customer service is not here to give game hints, however. Perhaps us players could help you out if we knew the issue?

Then QA will need to look into it and determine if it is a bug and if so fix it. They do not fix bugs on an individual basis, they will fix it for the entire player base. They also do not reply to threads. Have you looked up the quest on WoWHead to see if others might have a work around to the issue?
