Since the most recent update, never have i seen this bug on my cursor in retail WoW. Its like a half square glitch thats stuck in the bottom right of the cursor icon and wont go away no matter what addon i use. (ive also disabled all addons)

Long story short: Blizzard games don’t support Windows Insider builds because they are experimental.
There are a lot of posts on the Microsoft forums on mouse issues after the latest insider build. I would head over there and see if any of the solutions work for you .
