I know right, its so terrible when you have to play the game to unlock rewards. Blizzard really needs to stop locking things behind playing the game its so dumb.
I like your idea a lot. I gotta say I have to be appreciative of the expanded hair and eye colors for velves, but that’s do a lot to my wanting to play a Quel’dorei since I first started the game. But having the option to choose a faction would have been an awesome piece of personal development for people’s elven toons. Then once Void Elves would have come along they really could have doubled down on the void aspect without having to concede design to compromise like they do now.

We wouldn’t even need this if they’d have just given us High Elves to begin with. They’re part of the Alliance, they still exist - I’m still trying to figure out why they weren’t part of the original races in vanilla. It’s sad that it took begging for High Elf customization options for Void Elves just to finally get them. Especially when Void Elves are still so limited in comparison to Blood Elves.

Keep your chin up, OP, in the end it will all be wor — well can’t really say that, you are unlocking Kul Tirans after all.
Because I want the race. I don’t want to spend 20+ hours farming old content on a new character just so I can unlock a playable race that should have never been locked in the first place.
Allied races shouldn’t rewards.
We have gotten every other race just for purchasing the expansion, including the most recent one.
I’d much rather be spending my time playing current content instead of this boring outdated garbage content

Only have so much time to play pal. I have to spend 20+ hours doing this if I want the race. Any time I spend away from this task only prolongs it.

Personally I think allied races should be unlocked for free now and I have all of them that I want.
I just can’t imagine being the person that would spend that much time for a pudgy human model though.

Going to agree to disagree on that. Haven’t seen a Kul Tiran that didn’t make me want to chuckle yet.
They’re great for “eyesore” mogs though. Basically unavoidable with them.
