Arms is still so good right now - people just blind and running FOTM fury. Arms Shadowlands will be far and away one of the best utility melees in all of PVP history.
When I say utility - I mean it was hands down the best class in S1 and top 3 in S2 because of how obscene it was with intervene. Now its A tier but still relevant in most comps.
