Hardly. There is no difference between “design flaw” and “bug” since they both stem from the same problem (poor/sloppy coding or planning) and both produce the same thing (unintended behavior). The only actual difference is whether or not the Devs want to fix it or not.
Some design flaws get deliberately incorporated and cease to be a flaw.
Some bugs get ignored for a time because they’re not critical to fix.
It all comes down to how the Dev wants to handle it, and with all the noise y’all are making about this, you’re not going to be pleased with the result.
Total Health isn’t Effective Health, don’t be stupid.

sometimes on druid you get a 19 tick (which sucks) but it varies between 19-23 which makes no sense to me…
