Hello im trying to find out if i am still banned i do not have the game downloaded atm and didnt want to waste the time downloading if i was still banned i payed for the new content and would like to enjoy it so please if you could let me know possibly?
Bans are permanent.
Suspensions are dependent on the violation and history of penalties on the account.
If your bnet account isn’t banned and you can log into account management, you should get more information.

No i do have all the information i need i just dont understand because i was accused of hacking and sorry dont have that kind of skillset i went to pick my kids up from georgia came back and was just unable to play due to a ban and all i keep getting told is that the decision is final its just kind of hard to accept something like that when i know i have done nothing wrong
A ban is permanent - unless and until a successful review on appeal gets it overturned, Lesaria. While the terms are often used interchangeably by players, a ban and a suspension are VERY different things. A ban has no enddate, a suspension does.

where can i go to appeal the ban? i have tried going through battle.net but seems i just get thrown in a loop of 0 links. Maybe a way i can talk to a customer service rep or something?
You already did, Lesaria. Granted, it was in the wrong category, but the GM realized that and treated it as an appeal anyway. Unfortunately, that was upheld.

You can appeal until they say stop.

You can keep apealing till they tell you to stop thats all you can do.
