Curious Question

My alt account

Character Inna-Burning Blade

has 150k in mail to buy a token for gametime, is it possible to open a ticket to access it and add the game time?

If your alt account has the needed amount, you can get a token to apply to get game time from the log-in screen now.

gives no option while in the mail

Just to be sure - with the gold in the mail. Was it something you just recently sent over? Or has it been languishing there for a bit and could have possibly expired?

today, chars are same guild

Is the current value of a WoW token less than 150k? If not, this may be why there’s no option to buy a token from the login screen, even if the alt has enough gold in their bags to make up the difference.

130k when I checked 15 minutes ago after seeing this thread.

Just to be clear, this is the level 53 Blood Elf Monk?

Maybe I"m looking at the wrong license, but it seems you already have game time on that WoW license until January of 2024.

Hmm I may have meant to send it to my alt Linna, and sent it to Inna lol, I will get that corrected when servers stop melting.

Thanks

So i have sent gold to the right character Linna on burning blade second account, do i still need a gm ticket to access to the gold and have it moved to character?

If the WoW license is currently inactive and you have enough gold to purchase the WoW Token, you should have the option from the Character Selection screen.

The gold from the mailbox should count, so you shouldn’t need to put in a ticket. If you still have trouble though, it might be necessary.
