I’ve actually done that a few times myself. In the beginning of this expansion, I fell off of the edge of Oribos after porting there and died as a result.
Also, Before I unlocked flying in Zereth Mortis, I was doing a quest where you have to navigate around those mines to collect your quest items. Ended up hitting a mine and got blown off the cliff.
bought a headphone splitter cable for my headset, hoping it would allow it to be used on the PC. alas it doesn’t.
good news is, i should be able to return it to wally world, (despite it being a 3rd party item) so i’ll be doing that tomorrow. bad news is, i’ll have to eventually look into getting a headset that should hopefully work for the PC.
but considering the last few i bought didn’t work, i’m starting to get concerned as to how much it’ll cost me. not all that worried though, as i’d only need it for playing multiplayer games (I.E. Goose Goose Duck, Among Us, etc)
was thinking of picking up Atlas, but since the headset doesn’t work, that ain’t gonna happen. (well that, and funds are extremely tight atm, and i still don’t feel all that comfortable with the roleplaying aspect).
not that worried honestly. i’ve got other things to keep me occupied. ns
@Ruffle if i were to make a guess, i’d say the approximate odds of that flight to the death star being a trap, are 3,720 to 1
How are you Texas, Oklahoma people doing. I saw some videos of the storms down there. Scary stuff. I will take my soggy gloomy weather over that any day. They say we will warm up next week. Just have to wait a bit longer.
found one at wally world for around $40. looks just like the one i got for my Playstation many years ago, so once i get the funds squared away, i’ll give it a whirl.
i once played FF XII on a 5-speaker stereo with a subwoofer. it was quite awesome, especially when the gates opened up, as you could hear the rumbling loud and clear.
Read this and interpreted as David Tennant having a small guest role on Picard. Was mildly disappointed that this was not so (there would’ve been much enthusiastic fist-pumping at the realization of a shared Star Trek-Doctor Who universe.
Instead, the realization (an admittedly sad one) was that Darth was referring to the film Tenet.
