Good news, I lived!
Even better news, I pilfered some donuts from the break room before I left. They’d’ve been tossed anyway and the office manager said I was okay to take them. Might be a bit of a penny pincher but free food is free food.

It is a good day. My desk came in 5 days early, and i was actually at work to get it.
Got an email my pc is built and in QA now. Then a burn in to ensire all is well and it will be on its way.
My boss is going out on FMLA next month so we had a meeting with the administrstor. Myself and other kitchen manager taking on her duties.
Grocery shopping done and for once i came in under budget. Woot.

That’s good to here. However, I just realized that it is actually Friday and not Thursday. Another week that I somehow lost a day!

Four day weekends are great…too bad it’s a unique situation.
So I think all my job applications with Tesla from last year are gone. The login system for it is gone. Now I have to do it over again. I need to work on the cover sheet for Neuralink, but writing about myself is mentally painful and frustrating. Kind of like cinnamon on the tongue; can’t swallow it.
Time for netflix and chill with a slurpee and donair.

It’s been raining most of the morning. It probably won’t be enough to get everything green again, but at least it’s a start. And the next week won’t make things any better - high 90s and up for at least the next week. The nights should be cooler, so we’ll have that going for us at least.

Well, that was a whirl-wind trip. Saw 5 houses in two days. Awesome agent. Our number 2 choice became #1 and the #1 went to #3. A new house is now #2. Decisions decisions.
And it’s hot when we got home. The weather was so pleasant up 'dere.

I just got a message TODAY telling me my keyboard and monitor are on the way earlier than expected. Should be arriving tomorrow at workk. Via USPS.
I am not all that terribly jazzed that my nice high end 32 inch monitor will be coming via USPS honestly. Also from Amazon

I’m actually using a 42" Smart TV for my monitor, with a 20" on one side, and a pen display tablet on the other.

Woot, Got my Fearless Spectator Achievement and Title!
Now I can focus on cutting up some mesquite smoked brisket and sausage and homemade German Potato salad. Still have some Guinness on ice, it’s gonna be a good night.
