I’m not entirely certain when rings will go out. I sent my ring size but this last year has been a bit crazy so I’m guessing there will be delays. I will post a pic when I get it.

I made a faux Thanksgiving dinner today. We got a turkey for Christmas from work, decided to cook it today. Some braised cabbage, sour cream and chive mash, some dressing (just for me so made Stove Top and doctored it up nice and delicious like) and deviled eggs.

My belly is full and I barely sat down to eat haha.

I’m so over all this. I mean, my lifestyle won’t be going back to normal or anything, but I’d sure like to have the option. I’d seen the post on Reddit over the weekend saying he was having a tough time of it, and then this morning, the sadder news.

Work was a bit crazy today - I handle account support for a fairly large company. All day long we were getting “I’m locked out of my account” and “I need my password reset” calls. Seems everyone spent just a little too much time partying for New Year’s.

Jarod was someone who welcomed anyone and everyone - he didn’t care who you were or where you came from. He just cared if you were having fun.

One of his last FB posts were more about comforting his friends and family, nothing about his current pains. He wanted to make sure that we all were networked with each other and that we would meet again during the BlizzConline thing.

My heart is warm, remembering how much he loved everyone and everything.
