So excited for Kul Tirans and Zandalari. New druid races are rare, so I’m always excited for new ones. But these two especially, seeing different things with the druid forms, going beyond cat and bear… gah! Such excite. Much can’t wait. Wow.

Hey Vrak, sorry to hear about the bubonic plague. Should pass within a week just stay away from crowded areas yo

Doc K’Tank

I’m quite looking forward to them, too. I’m up to the Waycrest Manor part of the Pride of Kul Tiras line. Still a long ways off for the Zanadalari version but I’ll get there.

I’ve been going back and forth between old alts I haven’t touched in many months and enjoying it. I was playing the same two characters for too long and getting bored/burnt out.

Edit: Got my The Pride of Kul Tiras achievement. ~happy dance~

 Sometimes I think that is the only way to catch up. I am taking some time off in the next few weeks, so I might be able to watch them then.

Something that we’ve had way too much of where I am. We’re 20 inches above normal for the season and we got more coming this weekend ;x

I have the Kul Tiran requirements done. I’m just the Zandalari rep away for the Horde side. The only problem is that I just opened the Mag’har Orcs so I keep leveling her instead of working on the rep.

4.5 lb. roast is in the slow cooker, along with a couple pounds of red potatoes, carrots and onions (and a packet of Italian dressing mix, two of Ranch dressing and three brown gravy). This time, I also tossed in several cloves of garlic.

Going to make a :pig: of myself in about eight hours.

Getting into the habit of cooking dinner for the rest of the house on Thursday, since I’m off. Last week was chicken cacciatore. Now I need to come up with something for next week.

To celebrate breaking the freezing mark, how about some Jambalaya?

I’ll be smoking a turkey during the boys hockey tournament. (For those of you not from the Twin Cities, it ALWAYS snows during the tourney… this weekend)

Have a great weekend everyone. TW, enjoy your Sunday.

My dad texted me yesterday to let me know he’s begun planning his annual road trip. He wanted to know when I expected the snow to be completely gone. Told him if we waits till August, the plows should be off the roads and I’d take him to his favorite German restaurant for his birthday.

Just looked at the weekend forecast. 100% chance of snow Saturday. :snowflake: :ice_hockey: :snowflake:

Almost 300 miles to the nearest Culver’s; so I haven’t ever tried them.

Some people around here have a problem with Chick-fil-A and Walmart, I don’t agree with the owners of either business, but they get to have their own views and it doesn’t affect the product.

But I still won’t buy any Perdue product even though Frank passed on fourteen years ago.

I guess we’re all inconsistent sometimes.

Loved it when I got to travel to the Twin Cities while working; There’s some good people I got to know there in my travels.

I think you know my opinion on some stated views of the former, yet I eat there. Except on a Sunday… :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

The latter? Let’s just say I have a love/hate relationship. But I give them my money. They’re cheap. And for me convenient.

Dunno if I’ve ever eaten at a Chik-fil-a. If I have, it has to have been over twenty years ago. A new one opened a couple miles from me, near my daughter’s apartment, but I haven’t been yet. The hours I keep and the hours they keep don’t align very well.

Roast has been in the slow cooker for five hours. House smells amazing.

The Chik-fil-a’s down south here are always packed when they’re open; The chicken is always fresh and the oil in their fryers are changed regularly. I also like the fact that they close on Sundays being I’m from the Bible belt down here.

Also gives the employees that day off so they can have good quality family time together.

Well, one crown in, but the other is on a month hold to see if the ache goes away. I just want to stop taking pain meds. :persevere: I swear my life from 0-45 involved so few meds (three babies with nada, stuff like stage 2 calf sprain with nothing but a crutch), and now I’m popping pain pills every 8 hours and going through whole bottles.

Yet, I can’t really complain as much as that sounds like I am. Tooth pain is a very specific cause-generated thing, and once done is gone. I’m not dealing with chronic pain that may never go away.

Roommate’s cat is sitting in front of the kitchen counter, staring at the slow cooker. Guess I’m sharing the roast with him, too.
