i won a copy of Diablo 4 in a giveaway earlier tonight! 
just gotta wait 3 days before he can gift it to me via battle.net but that’s alright. i can play WoW or watch twitch vods in the meantime. i was thinking of getting it, but $100 is a bit too much for my tastes.

I’m running alts all through the holiday dungeon (i.e., Slave Pens) and my Worgen Mage kills the Skar’this the Summoner add that stands next to the Ice Stone that you click to start the Ahune fight. No big deal … we do this every fight.
But the confuzzling part is that the NPC dropped Super Simian Sphere! I guess this version of Slave Pens is counting as a LK dungeon in regards to loot. 
I already had the toy, so I put it to a /roll in my group and was able to trade it to someone who needed it.
And another funny little thing is thus far my Pally has been the only one to get Frostscythe of Lord Ahune. Thanks Blizz, lol.

Oh wow! I still haven’t ever seen the sphere drop. That is strange though.
I hope you get your staff drop on a toon that can use it! Good luck.

Thanks! I have it for the mog already and several of my characters already have it in their banks. I just like collecting it on all the alts that can equip it just cause I like holding on to gear with unique /use abilities.

Glad I’m not the only one. I’ve gotten rid of a lot of things from Vanilla onward trying to make space in my bank and regret a lot of it, so now I hoard things, especially trinkets, cloaks etc with cool on-uses.
Ofc, you know I’m afraid to get rid of certain sets or mog pieces because I’m afraid they’ll magically disappear from my transmog looks or somehow become relevant later.

Finally getting some much-needed rain. It’s been lightly raining all day and only 68. The big rainy day comes next Monday. 
That’s the day of the big downtown fireworks on the river. They launch from barges in the river so if the weather’s bad it’s a no go. They will probably delay it a day.

Summer means a shift to Ice coffee here! I have also discovered I can make cold brew. Not bad!
In other news, I had a foster kitten for most of June and returned him to the shelter for adoption yesterday. He was adopted before I got out of the parking lot by someone who is in the foster group. Heh. I guess people had their eyes on him!
Overall, good experience.
Finished my Trading Post today so still playing some WoW despite my D4 diversion!
