Fresh orc dk and human dk will be fine for the ha correct.
If their reputations with Orgrimmar and Stormwind are exalted, yes.

Do they need to be at least level 50? My lvl 41 Orc Shammy is exalted but hasn’t seen anything pop up about the Heritage Armor quest yet.
Need to be level 50.
Most folks seem to like the Orc heritage sets but I prefer the color choices for the humans.
Humans get a half dozen sets, Orcs get 3/4.

Well, our trip to the mountains was cut short.
I am not well (right side of my face and jaw are swollen a lot) and we are now waiting for urgent care to open. Really hope this doesn’t delay my surgeries this week.
At least the traffic wasn’t as bad as it was on the way up there.
On happier note, the train ride was enjoyable and we liked seeing the area.

Well DR visit and stinging steroid shot later, told to eat only soft foods this week as my TMJ is inflamed.
Which will work out just fine with my surgeries this week.

My birthday was Friday. Level 64. I survived without a new ache and pain or a new sproingy chin hair. So far. Weather seems to be getting better. We did not get the bad storms others did. 
This is Misbecky. Her new Stormwind transmog makes her look nekkid. She doesn’t want to change her mog so this guy stepped in until it’s fixed.

Made a batch of hot chili/garlic oil, and now making some pasta salad.
Sorry for not being around, my Dad has been in a hospital for the past month and now he’s in a nursing care facility. So most of my time has been spent with him.
