Going stir crazy here…
Been without transportation for close to two weeks. My sister lets me use her SUV when I have to take dad to his appointments, but other than that, I’m stuck at home. So it’s been playing WoW, finger exercises on the Bass, painting miniatures, or working on my church’s website.
I hope to hear something on Monday. Me and dad are making plans to maybe get another vehicle if we have to junk the truck. The mechanic is having difficulty finding a transmission for it. The one he did find was bad (as you guys already know).
I hope it gets sorted out for you soon. I had been putting off repairs on my car for a few months and finally bit the bullet. Thankfully it was just some suspension work and some new tires.
I think there is something wrong with the Blizzard servers.
They will not let me post in the Beta forums, nor do I have a drop down to install the Beta. This is clearly a mistake and any help fixing this situation would be greatly appreciated.

Nice. I was just talking to a GM on my EU account. I encountered a string of bugs that really fouled up my phasing in Stormwind on my Mechagnome. It was a complicated enough issue to need my input to help straighten it out. At least three different quest chains were involved.

Hurray for rain! Well, except for the rain that got us during our morning walk. And the warmest it’s supposed to be in the next week is 85, and that’s tomorrow. 
What have we told you about breaking Stormwind!
They will be, but they’ll also be harder to beat again. I knocked mine out pretty quickly. Which is my second time to beat Giovanni - he’s TOUGH, at least with my lineup. And don’t forget to NOT purify the shadows you catch - they get a huge damage boost.
That said, I really enjoyed the weekend. Lots of entertaining activities, and some great catches.
Thankfully I got some higher CP drops this weekend. They added some variety of types to my higher level collection. 
I went there to do the Legion Blacksmithing quest “Weigh Anchor” but the NPC was missing. I tried resetting my UI. I filed a ticket and got the standard form letter for things to try and reopen the ticket if it didn’t work. After I filed the ticket I started trying the quests to see if I could unphase Stormwind. I tried doing the quest offered by Recruiter Lee. I wasn’t given the follow-up quest. I tried opening Broken Shore. I tried the other starting quests from Cata. I tried doing the opening of Twilight Highlands but the NPCs were missing. I had weird issues opening Argus. Every time I turned in a quest, the NPCs and the boat disappeared from Stormwind Harbor (filed a bug report on this one). At that point I realized my character was well an truly fouled up. I reopened my ticket with the additional information and played on other characters so I didn’t make it any worse.
I’m about to start the action plan suggested by the GM to see if it’s unscrambled.

I just found out that Target will be closed on Thanksgiving! 
My son will get a real dinner for the first time in years. I got my first relaxing dinner last year when I retired. Finally some good news. Now all I need is some rain and cooler temps so I can open some windows and life is good. 
i don’t think its right that places are open on holidays like Thanksgiving. .-.
I sometimes do not know how people get very firm ideas of what leads to a ban. Not on the forums, either. This was a guild meeting in-game in which the guild master said that deathrolling would get accounts perma-banned, so it wasn’t allowed in guild.
Now, yes, I loathe the existence of players who spam wanting to deathroll, and I do report any gambling related advertising in global chat. But, unless it changed, there’s nowhere that says gambling in-game is against the ToU. (Support topic is Casino Advertising.)
But he was adamant, and I wasn’t going to challenge it in a meeting when I’m just as happy to have a guild ruling that it wasn’t allowed in the guild.
And then another guildie piped up that a GM told him not to sell level 55 mage water because it undermines one of the only WOW Classic gold sinks.

That level of stuff gives me headaches.
Had to look that up. Seems silly. And like you, I’ve always understood gambling was fine, if unsupported, as long as it wasn’t advertised using in-game channels.
My best memories were from when I was a kid eons ago. Thanksgiving was usually at my Gramma’s. Sometimes our house. All the guys would get Lions football tickets and go to the game. The ladies would cook a few turkeys and all the fixings. We kids would set up a ping pong table with tablecloths and hand made decorations. When the guys got back it would be a feast. It was usually about 50 people. Good memories.
Family is a lot smaller now. Kinda just us now. I would like my family to have a memory more than Mom cooked and went to work and left overs for the others. This year looks good I hope!
