Back from a week in Hawaii for a friendās wedding. Walked out of the Chicago airport last night, and I said āNope, letās go backā.
It was low 50ās. And I wasnāt prepared after a week of upper 80ās beach weather.
Ah well, back to cursing the EK Cup races.

Iām with you on that one. Did them the other night on Kyzera and so glad to be done. Some of the reverse ones have a very tight timer.
My Mage alt only did the basic run of each race last night so she could get the 50 currency needed to buy the yellow scales manuscript.
Just finishing up servicing a couple of Mac mini quads. Theyāre great, mostly needed some cleaning, new batteries, I replaced the thermal material while I had them out. The operating systems are also refreshed, albeit now out of date.
Next (today? another day?) is a clock radio I picked up from a thrift store today; itās a Sony Dream Machine from 1980, and is very handsome, aside from the neglect. I need to decide whether I want to replace the speaker with something modern.

Havenāt had to take that course in several years, but the last two times I did it, I aced it just using common sense.

Earlier this year, I ordered some materials from a supply store about 15 miles from me, but they only had delivery service rather than being able to pick up my order. They mailed it out, and it went from Los Angeles, to San Francisco, to Eugene, to Seattle, back to Eugene, to Sacramento, back to San Francisco, back again to Eugene, then back to Los Angeles, and finally, to me.

The old version of Scholo? I got lucky a while back and it finally dropped for me. If you need someone to run with to unlock it, I can help.
Itās easy to unlock. When you go inside to kill the HH, be sure you get all the curses (the wickermen in the courtyard to the left) and you will get the key in the Loot-filled pumpkin.
After you get the key, just fly on over to SM and there is a keyring on the wall that you can click on to complete the quest. Click it again and it gives you a key buff that allows you to enter all 4 wings of Pre-MoP SM. To go back to the MoP version, just click off the buff.
Itās another account-wide unlock too!

Thatās roughly what 50% of the study guide is, anyway. Then you get into minimum temperatures for certain types of meat, what the symptoms and sources of the Big Six biological contaminants are, etc. Mind numbing.
90% of it is also irrelevant to my current occupation. 
Iām only taking it so it looks good for the owner and I think his insurance fees for business operation.
Watching Mr. dressup the magic of make believe i rember watching him and mr rogers when i was a kid.

Iām just ready to flop in this chair and be a vegetable for a bit. My parents had gotten a massive quantity of apples, and they were kind enough to pass them on to me. So today has been dedicated to apple cider, and applesauce and then I tried my hand at making apple peel jelly with all the bits and bobs left over. Iāve got the last batch processing in the pot and Iām curious to see how this stuff turns out.

Props to the team(s) that did the new video ( WoW Synthwave Beats to Chill To | Journey to BlizzCon ) I really enjoyed the music and the aesthetics of it. That art style was very nice.

Oh thatās cool. I pre-ordered the Dragonflight Codex this morning, I canāt wait to get it.
While out for my lunchtime walk, I was waiting for a traffic light to change so I could cross. Light turned yellow, car from the left slowed down āhard,ā car from the right was going to run it.
Until he saw the two police cruisers also waiting for the light. Locked up the breaks for a short squeak, which caused me to chuckle, and the officers in the first cruiser to laugh heartily.
Tons of color around here still. We havenāt had a freeze yet, but we might get some frost this weekend.
