I’m in New England.
Brings up a map as I’m horrible with places.
Ah.
Up at 5:00am every day for an hour of walking before work. It’s either that, or the doggo spends most of the morning wanting to play while I’m trying to get stuff done.
But it isn’t all that bad - it’s a great time to clear my head and watch the world wake up; or it is in the summer, at least.
I’m not really a morning person, but currently working at 5 am every day. I don’t think I could do it if I had to think too hard. Fortunately it’s pretty routine, except every week or so when the machine that is critical to my early morning work decides to jam. But that also kind of wakes me up with that adrenaline rush you get when things go sideways.
Finally home from hospital. Feels good to eat solid food again and be able to walk around on my own accord.
I still have to wear another holter monitor, this time for 14 days.
RIP Andre Braugher
Sounds like they wanted to do an urgent test. That’s good that they were reasonable and sent you home. Monitoring a stable patient after 24 hours was becoming debatable around the time I left my hospital job in 2014. The hospitals were pissing everyone off with trying to hold the patient as long as possible. Even the insurance.
Oh I know. Keeping me confined to a bed and only giving me broth, jello, juice, and a drink was not gonna give the best results compared to letting me go about my normal routine.
Bleck…more random disconnects.
Long time no see, everyone.
And yes - Disconnects again. I did some data gathering.
yup. Most of mine are sitting in SW right now.
Now that I think about it…
Did you say yes during admittance when they asked if you wanted or was trying to lose weight? (rhetorical question, you don’t need to answer here) It’s a surefire when to get on that hospital Diet Menu or Low Sodium Menu.
Nope didn’t say anything about at all about dieting.
I can only assume they were trying to limit foods in case I had to have procedures done. Tuesday they kept me NPO (no foods or liquids) in prep for my stress test and in case I needed a heart cath.
They also kept giving me heparin (blood thinner) shots in my abdomen. Those HURT … medicine would burn a lot soon as it hit.
Also had an Echocardiogram done and had a nurse drawing blood while I was doing it. She blew out one of my veins above my IV … have a nasty bruise there now. Unfortunately I have small veins that tend to roll a lot. So drawing blood on me was a little aggravating at times (since my IV was in my one good draw spot).
I only went to the ER because one of the cardiologists that reviewed my previous monitor was concerned with the findings and suggested I get to the ER.
Ouch and did they explain the findings.
Nothing discussed as of yet. I see my regular DR tomorrow and the cardiologist next week.
I am wearing a monitor again for 2 weeks – this one has its own cell phone that I have to keep with me at all times. The phone keeps track of the sensor on the monitor and it is also how I report any symptoms I am having.
Hmm, never noticed this before. One of my Hunter alts just tamed a rare in Draenor. She received the loot from said rare in the mail.
I wonder if it would also work as to count as a raid kill if you were to tame a raid boss. Meaning that you would be permitted to advance in the raid - especially helpful for the bosses that lock you out of the next area unless they are killed.
Horridon is calling
Well I know when I tamed K.U.-J.O. in Mechagon we couldn’t advance past it.
Luckily the boss eventually reset later that day and my friends and I could kill him and continue on to next boss.
Sometimes it just works out I guess.
I’m having “fun” trying to play wow, with two broken fingers. Was working on my car the other day and the hood came down on them. I want this year to end…
Hope you heal quickly.
