I know a lot of the folks handling things are likely triaging, but once the worst is over I’ve got an inkling there’ll be a few of those passed about when the forum reports are addressed.
Half wish the forum has some form an AI to see if something/topic being repeated on a given forum and just lock the tread for spam.

There is a bit of that already. Try posting the same link to multiple threads when the servers have issues and your trying to redirect. You have to change the next post slightly.
Somehow quick edits in multiple times over a short period will set it off to.
Not sure exactly how it works, given the updates over time though.

There is some kind of automation, but I don’t think it exists for scanning topics. I made a guild recruitment thread and subsequently replied on 3 alts to reserve space for future posts. The thread got marked as spam and taken down but it was reinstated about a day later.
The scanning is there, just not quite yet for topics.
More talking about what been happening here as of late and…folks saying the same thing and trying to push the same idea repeatedly.

We do have a system in place that looks for spam threads, the same or similar message and other factors. It usually quarantines the thread until a moderator is able to review it.

Funny i have a friend that hit a speedbump on facebook for typing too fast im gona see if i can pull it up. Well that shows there real name so im not gona do it but ill type out the message.

Looks like u were misusing this feature by going too fast youve been temporarily blocked from using this feature.
One thing that has started recently occurring on fb when you are watching videos on a computer, not on cellphone, you now get ads during the videos.

I guess I still have a FB account, but I’ve not been there in years. Once people stopped posting their own thoughts, I lost interest. I’ll probably check back in in five or six years, about the time my next High School reunion happens. But maybe not.
I wonder if an adblocker or VPN (the VPN service I use has a pretty heavy-handed adblocker built in) would block the ad. I know I don’t ever get ads on YouTube, except for the ones built into the video (“Hey guys, before we go on, I’d like to talk about…”).

Unfortunately the new ads get past ad-block+ on both youtube and fb. The fb ones started this past weekend.

I now know how much “stuff” you can put into a beetle. 
Leave in the morning to be at the close first thing on Friday. 
In about 30-ish hours, we shall be Yoopers! 
Weather for the next two days should be nice (but hazy due to those durn fires).

I’m unsure if my Starlink has arrived, but I’m getting billed for it. We’ll still have the internet at our TC location. It’s 4:30am-ish here, the idiots are racing around downtown. Not going to miss that.

Had a great day yesteeday. Got to try a new breakfast place i had been told about. Decent.
And got to share one of my favorite places with the special someone. She is a huge fan.
Anyone that comes close this area be sure to make a pitstop at The Amish Cheesehouse and the bakery immediately next door. If they could bottle that smell, they would be Bill Gates rich, i swear.
