Oh i have done bacon, omeletres, hashbrowns to name a few in the iron haha.
Seems like a long time ago that Alvie (almost positive it was Alvie) shared the wonder that is waffle iron brownies. Messy until you get the hang of it, but so damn yummy.
Waffle Sausage Balls
1/2 lb Breakfast Sausage
8 oz shredded cheese
1 c biscuit or pancake mix
Heat your waffle iron on medium. Combine all ingredients and divide into equal portions, shaping into 1/2" pucks. Cook them in the waffle iron until crispy and brown on the outside.
Finally got my COVID booster yesterday, along with a flu shot. And as usual, the COVID booster knocked me down pretty hard. I do feel quite a bit better today though, but it’s going to be a pretty light day, with quite a few naps. Naps are good.
ooff and ugh. Woke up at 8am running a small fever (99.3 degrees). I would sit up and get really ill. Went back to bed and now just getting up feeling like garbage.
Bleh…
Hopefully the recovery stays progressing quickly.

Started winterizing. Covered all the deck furniture, pushed it to the railing and tied it down. For some reason it tends to blow away in the winter. It stays put in a severe t-storm wind but the winter winds seem to do a number on it. I think a lot of things aren’t going to winter over. To dry. We have had less than an inch of rain in the last 3 months.
We did that yesterday. Bought a freezer and a snow blower. I’d say just in time. We’re due to get up to 2 feet of snow through Tuesday. Plenty of frozen pasties in the freezer ready for the snow storm.

hooboy this is a long maintence hopefully sooner.

trying to do a Ramparts run in Classic Wrath and made a post in LFG:

funny how easily players can ruin your day and make you not want to play any longer…but by that same token, they can also make your day exceptionally better and you just enjoy playing even more.
