[CS Lounge]: Maps and naps

I love pork. But I absolutely loathe American breakfast sausage. Always have.

Now those sausage sandwiches you can get at Fairs? Loaded with green peppers and onions?? OMG! ( is it still a sammich if it’s like a hotdog bun?) I love fair season.

You ever have loose burgers? Coney Islands here make them in hot dog buns. Yummy.

Thank you.

Fair food is my favorite type of “bad” food.

Also, I watched “Evil” today. I quite liked it. I’m intrigued. In the spirit of no spoilers, i recommend people watch the whole thing.

McMuffins are a hit or miss for me. they’re usually pretty greasy and not appetizing in the slightest. .-.

personally i’ve always enjoyed the Farmer’s Breakfast Wrap you get at Timmy’s. (i typically get it with bacon and mayo…as they use chipotle sauce…why, i dunno. .-.)

then there’s the cheese and egger or bacon and egger from A&W, those are nice…especially on a sesame seed bun.

Yes! Also you can get that on a giant hot dogs at fairs back where i come from.

Fast food to go for me is starbucks ham and swiss just egg ham and swiss.

Foot long fair Pogo for the win! Here, you can now get a “breakfast” Pogo from the grocery store…which I’ve refused to buy. Mostly because they look nasty.

I’ve tried the Jimmy Dean version ( they had blueberry!) and it was nasty. Typical American sausage taste for all that it was wrapped in a blueberry pancake. Unfortunately i bought them at Sam’s Club… ( much to my neighbors delight. Never waste food)

Check off that Dole Whip.

Where ever you are sweet lady. I hope you are having a great trip!

Woop wooop! I’ve noticed since classic launched, on the realm forums people have been calling out players for “being a ninja”. I’ve been reporting those and I believe they been removed, but sometimes it takes a while and by then players have seen it and said “thanks ignored!” However in the majority of the call out threads they don’t tell you how they ninja’d, it’s just block so and so they ninja! That’s it.

In game in lfg/world chat at least on my server I notice players announcing “XYZ ninja me block him!” Luckily everyone takes that with a grain of salt, because recently I pressed a guy if he really ninja’d and he instead showed me the proof that the player calling him out for “ninja” was actually the ninja himself lol!

I get it’s all really petty, and I haven’t been falsely accused of something yet in classic. I just think it’s very unfair for players to call someone out, but don’t provide proof and don’t give the other person a chance to share their side. (Also goes against CoC).

On sulfuras realm forum, there’s currently a thread up telling everyone to call out the person they ganked and tell em to get good. I get it’s meant to be funny, I use to play dark souls 1-3 heavily , but I don’t know if that breaks CoC or not.

I do what I can, not engage and report what I see breaking CoC. It just be nice to have a sticky up front with what blizzard determines ninja looting and that rolling on a item is all fair game even if it’s for the users off spec. And that call out threads are not welcomed since I’ve seen a influx of them on classic forums.

I understand world chat isn’t moderated by blizzard, and speaking in game about someone isn’t rule breaking, i was just using that as a example btw!

That’s just my suggestion tho:) glad to see the mod team sweep out those call out threads eventually!

Edit: so I make it more clear, a suggestion to sticky what constitutes as being a ninja, and when rolling happens it’s all fair game. And also that calling out threads are against CoC.

I got my Zandalari unlock done! I found a few quests I had missed that gave the final rep needed. ~is very happy~

That’s the tougher part. So let me start by saying, I totally get where you’re coming from! There’s a thread in the Classic general forums that is a perfect example of why Blizz doesn’t get involved with “ninja” loot-disputes. The definition of “ninja” is not something agreed upon, even by the classic players.

I’ve explained in a couple of threads there that call-outs (even for ninja’ing) has always been a violation of the forum rules. It might not have been reported as much back in the day, but it likely will these days (like you said, you do your part and I do too).

Thing is, the community can’t even agree on what a ninja is, let alone that if the option to roll is there, it’s allowed for anyone and everyone to roll need every single time. While the community will frown on it, it’s still allowed under Blizz rules.

How to explain that in every forum/thread/post…well, despite Blizz already stating that they won’t get involved, players still insist on report it as though they’ll get somewhere…then they’ll likely complain about how long a ticket takes too…irony at its best.

This should likely be a part of every forum’s stickies. I don’t think it’s in them currently, but I definitely agree a little exposure wouldn’t hurt based on recent threads

So, while I agree it’ll likely get a decent amount of flak, the Classic General forum might be best to post the suggestion. Not sure how well it’ll be received, but maybe if it included some links to the appropriate forum CoC/terms of use and recent “ninja” threads with blue replies, maybe it’ll get some positive feedback?!?

Thank you so much! ;D you’re correct 100%! Totally agree there’s no definition on what’s a ninja or not, but I believe if it’s on group loop it’s fair game , and the loot rule should be stated before the run even begins to avoid this stuff.

I just had a runnin tanking ZF and a epic BOE dropped, I didn’t know everyone was suppose to roll need on that lol! Nor did the other guys but 2 vanilla vets did. I didn’t care for it and I don’t really need the gold at the moment, but one of them started screaming ninja because the person didn’t wanna put it on right away lol. Luckily it was a cloth item so I didn’t have to get involved >.>

Idk I feel like if I post it in classic forums It’ll get a lot of flak for it, I can already picture it in my head now haha. But I’ll think on it and write it up ina google doc and if it looks clean and I feel good I’ll post it!

Thank you!

YAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYY!!! Got the bee mount. No more flying around Stormsong in a circle-ish path.

If they are bashing your idea, look at what they are saying. If it makes sense, consider changing your idea. If they are calling you names, ignore them. They aren’t worth your time. If the only problem they seem to have is with your posting character, in my opinion they can’t find anything wrong with what you posted. They just wanted to see their “name” in the forum.

Therein lies the issue. Some people think that you can only roll need if you’re going to use the item (if it’s for your current spec) while others think that if it’s BOE, then you roll need (which I agree with as that’s what we tended to do in Vanilla).

Personally, if I formed the group, I’d state up front “Everyone rolls need on BOE anything”. End of story. But that’s just me and there are enough “people” in general that might call that ninja’ing.

At the end of the day, that’s why Blizz won’t get involved with player-made loot rules

If you do choose to post, don’t fall for the trolls. Ignore those who want to make a fuss and simply stick to the subject. Ruffle gave some awesome advice too

Best of luck no matter what you choose to do.

They usually seem like the least greasy option to me though (English muffin < biscuit, Canadian bacon < sausage). Not that “least greasy” is saying a whole lot when you’re eating at McDonald’s. But also if I must choose some sort of pork for breakfast, Canadian bacon would be my first choice anyway.

If I could be bothered to cook an egg I’d just make my own. Sometimes I just make a no-egg McMuffin instead.
