Had a great dinner. Baked a whole 7lb. chicken in a cooking bag (along with red potatoes, baby carrots, onions, seasonings, & whole stick of butter). Served it alongside rice pilaf. Was so delicious.
I had said the heck with our fall not arriving yet and just went with a hearty meal.
Now gonna finish watching the season premiere of 9-1-1 and go kill some Alliance.
Bleh looks like and feels like snow outside too much rain and not enough summer.
I will gladly send our summer to you if you wish. It does not appear to be leaving any time soon.
Would you be willing to take almost 50 days of rain we had as well lol.

no thanks…we had a humidity of 30 yesterday…considering the last few days had been fairly cool, i was starting to get accustomed to the fall weather. 
Looks like I’m gonna have toss out one of my old skillets. It’s an aluminum one I had for close to 20+ years. The non-stick surface it totally gonna and it’s just getting too labor intensive to clean. I tried looking up way to fix it, but no avail. I have a nice Iron skillet I should be using, but I’m gonna head to the local Goodwill and see if I can find a replacement there.
was gonna take a trip to Staples this morning and see what they had available for gaming systems…weather isn’t looking too good, and there’s a slight possibility of thundershowers this afternoon.
and after yesterday…i think it might be best for me to just lay back and relax for the day. i can always venture up on Thurs and have a look and see what’s available and what it’ll cost me.
