I was 13 years old during those days and remember it well.
I also remember my Grandfather telling me about people dying during The “Spanish Flu” and seeing white sheets tied on porches indicating to the government that someone in the home had died from it.
During the month of October of 1918 there were nearly 200,000 deaths just in that month alone here in the US, Before it was over there were 675,000 that perished in the US. The pandemic ran from January 1918 until December 1920 and infected an estimated 500 million worldwide.
The death toll is estimated to have been anywhere from 17 million to 50 million, and possibly as high as 100 million, making it one of the deadliest pandemics in human history.
Interesting came across about how every japanese company has whats refered to as the loud american. Acording to the posts becasue the japanese are too polite to tell off there boss they have what they call the loud american aparently to tell the boss if his idea is stupid or idiotic theres enough google posts to make me think theres some truth.

Okay, can I get a do-over for today please? /le sigh
First the little one (almost 2) would not take a nap today at all. On full tilt the entire day … I’m beyond exhausted now. Was so glad when her parents got home to take that little demon child back, lol. Tomorrow will be outside play time – gonna run that energy out of her.
Then as if I needed more in my day to go wrong … went to pick up my groceries at Walmart and my car overheated and wouldn’t even turn over again. Called for my daughter to pick me up and we looked under the car and all of my coolant had leaked out. Eek!
So called roadside assistance and had them tow it to the dealer. Will be calling first thing in the morning to see what they can find out. Thankfully, it is still under warranty (just under 3 years old & less than 30k miles).
So for now, just gonna try and relax whilst playing some WoW and watching hubby play Uncharted 4.

I really like ours! So many good meals have come out of that thing!! My favorite is fresh chicken wings though. So good and so crispy

No worries, Kyzera, it wasn’t anyone’s intention. I don’t think those asking questions were at all at fault, but I started noticing a pattern in the answers so I wanted to try and head that off.

Ahhh; The terrible 2’s oh how I remember that with my baby sister, I was 15 and she was 2, She was just a little stubborn brat. Oh how I disliked having to babysit during the summer while all my friends would be out exploring and going to the beach and inland waterway fishing.

Well thats smart of a reputable FB page promoting something that illegal and reportable sent a email to hacks@blizzard.com along with a link to the article.
i’ve seen many games on FB that’re borderline copyright infringement. hell, i’ve seen many “products” that could be considered illegal as well.
been meaning to get one myself honestly. think i’ll consider it, once this is over and i get my taxes filed, figure out what i’ve got left to work with after i put some funds on the CC.
Doesn’t look like I’ll get my Highmountain Tauren to 110 before the buff is gone. The weather is just making me feel all blah and uninterested and just plain too tired.
Took 3 1/2 days of playtime. All with rested blue and a few weeks of 100% xp.
Aik is now all grown up and earning gear.

I’ve a couple more characters that I’m attempting to level. But I’m not going to get many of them up to where they need to be in a couple of days before 100% expires.
Hope all is well. I’ve been rather busy with school to post. Two weeks left in the semester! 
And the school asked me back in the fall (shh, two classes).
Well, the dealer called this morning and said that the cooling fan had died. Thankfully, it was all covered under the warranty.
On a different note, I use to think that “baby shark” would be what was forever ingrained in my brain. Now I am starting to think it is gonna be “Oh, Toodles …”.
Oooh, this rep bonus event starting next week is gonna keep Kyzera (and my poor Rogue) very busy.
Maybe I can finish up the last five reps I need for the 100 exalted reps achievement.

well heres the solution to ur rep problem Do you have your eye on unlocking an Allied Race, learning to fly in Battle for Azeroth, or adding a new pet or mount to your collection? Beginning April 20 through May 18, players can exalt in the reputation buff Impressive Influence, which will increase reputation gains by 100% with Legion and Battle for Azeroth* factions!
*Bonus excludes Rajani and Uldum Accord reputation. personaly i like the exp one.

I’m as little on the grumpy side today shall we say. People that have said for better or worse to me may be taking the or worse part to the limit right now. I think she is so stir crazy she is intentionally phishing for a fight. Not 100% certain though.
Oh well. Plumber coming to look at a leak in our toilet at the handle. Should be here in about 20 minutes or so.

It’s snowing again. 
We are doing okay getting along. My husband works from home upstairs at the desk in the bedroom and my computer is downstairs in the living room. We usually end up meeting in the kitchen for snacks and meals.

Ohh, it definitely has been nice for getting some of my Allied Races up high enough to get their Heritage Armor.

The experience buff has been nice. It helped me level some alts on my EU account. The rep bonus might take a little work for me. I will have to decide which character and what rep(s) to do. My main has 100+ exalted reps, but I may do reps on some of my main alts to get recipes or upgraded recipes for their professions (JC, Inscription and Alchemy mainly).
I have all the Horde Allied races on my EU account. The rep bonus will definitely be a help for the Alliance ones.

I think I will play on my lowbies this weekend and wait for the rep buff to work on reps. I wonder if they work on rep tokens like the DMF buff does. I might save them until next week.

I’m exalted with a lot of factions. Not sure how many though. The ones I have left are the icky ones like Ogrila, and pvp.
