hmm. maybe it was something else i did then. couldāve been a boost i had left over from BfA, or maybe the boost was on sale and i bought itā¦or maybe it was a trial character i made on a whim.
ā¦wait. i faction changed my Kul Tiran Hunter at lvl 50 to Horde. that may explain why i remember having him at lvl 50 when i pre-ordered SL not long before it launched.
its gonna be a very long day for me. x_x havenāt even been to sleep yet, and try as i might, i cannot fall asleepā¦and with blood work in a few hours, i see no point in even trying to go back to sleep.
iāll try to stop off on the way home, get something for breakfast maybeā¦hopefully any naps i end up taking today donāt ruin my sleep tonight.
managed to get the blood work doneā¦just gotta wait for the phone call later, to set up a phone appointment with my doctor whoāll likely want to discuss the results. (fingers crossed its good news)
on a lighter note, i managed to snag my brekky at the timmyās located at the medical centre. honestly i was willing to settle for an egg white mcmuffin with cheese, but they had the bagel B.E.L.T. (Bacon Egg Lettuce Tomato for those unfamiliar with the term) and on a toasted everything bagel to boot.
havenāt had one of those bad bois in forever so it was a nice little treatā¦it was also VERY delicious. now hereās to hoping i donāt crash later today, and can actually sleep well tonight.
Everything gets spoiled, but I really try not to let anyone know anything about Invincible other than to watch it. Then I wait for them to contact me after.
Thatās one of my tricks. Whenever I make dinner, I cook for a family and freeze most of it. Then I have dinners for a week or so.
An added bonus is that I donāt have to heat the house up multiple times a week with the oven. 90s here all week, but (hopefully) cooling off for the weekend.
WOW, I do have a serious collection of video games. I have like two huge tubs of cd rom games, then there is my collection on Steam which I have had since 2010, and there what I have on Epic from all the free stuff I get from them, THEN there is my HUGE collection of classics on GoG.
Sadly, I just really play wow or Steel Panthers (old SSI game), but I still keep collecting.
I just got rid of all the programs that no longer run on normal (Windows 10 - 64).
A World of Warcraft versions that still came on CD, a bunch of older DOS games on floppy, tapes, C+ compiler, Myst, Riven, lots of old backups on CD, Zip disks, Jazz disks, DOS OS2 and lots of Window versions, and on and on. After the cardboard and plastic was recycled there was 56 pounds of media to be shipped to GreenDisk.
Iāve quite a few old disks in the other room of all sorts of games. Iāve kept all my hard drives since you could remove them. My current system doesnāt even have a disk drive. Every now and again, I find a need to play a game I havenāt repurchased on Steam. I will head over to āarchive dot orgā and select the software category. Many games run in a browserā¦ Even Oregon Trail (most versions)
Iām pretty sure thereās a footlocker back home with a c64, assorted hardware, and a couple shoe boxes full of 5 1/4" floppies. Probably even the Dragonlance games in there.
But all the PC games Iāve purchased over the years are long gone.
i must have 50 games give or take a few dvds in my pile i have one mini nes 1 mini snes a originila turbo graphics 16 min plus the oririginal turbo graphics.
i remember those. rollercoaster tycoon and game of life were two that i got (still have them somewhere i think)
i remember playing that at my cousinās house. amazing how far weāve come from big floppy disks, to micro SDās.
think the first game system i ever had, was a Colecovision that was handed down to me by my oldest cousin. i got an Atari for Easter a few years later though.
