Come on smokers! How hard is it to smoke in the parking lot, about 5 yards away. Where you can drop it and step on it where no one will care. Instead, you feel you need to hide it by dumping it in a trash can.
This is the fourth trash can fire in about two years. This one was smoke only but the last one was flames and it damaged the can enough to be tossed.
I have foul things to say, but I would be giving Vrak last minute work.
