We’ve got the same thing happening here. There’s an ornamental pear tree that’s absolutely gorgeous - just covered with these little white flowers. And about half of them literally smell like trash. There’s an invasive tree that people are planting, mainly because they’re so pretty in the spring, but they’re just… smelly. The state conservation department is willing to replace up to three per land owner, as long as you show proof that you’ve cut them down. All I have to say about that is I hope people do it. Flowering trees are supposed to smell nice (at least until allergies kick in).
It’s rained all day here. And cool. I think we’re over an inch of rain, the creek is flooding, standing water everywhere, it’s just bleh. Tomorrow is supposed to be a beautiful day - 70 and sunny.
Woke up at my normal time this morning. Took the dog out, went back to bed - didn’t fall asleep, but had a good read.
3am was quite entertaining. The local street people was active walking through the apartment. One got the poop scared out of him when he ran into a local raccoon, and as I was outside, one saw me and yelled “Mi Amigo!” at the top of his lungs.
TBC is 300ish. It’s better/easier/faster to level in Pandaria. Use the completed items to buy your wanted types either in Dalaran-Broken Shore or in BfA.

You might need to wait for Pandaria, but you can do Legion and BfA from level 1.
OK Shadowlands, here I come. My class mount mission has 8 hours and I feel like playing, so off to SL I go. Hopefully find a point I can return relatively easily. We shall see
OK, kiddos are at home. Had to yell at Boogy about not getting upset cuz his brother was playing PS4, and not him. Not that he had been playing Fortnite for forever and a day or anything.
When we got to the house he wanted to take the dog for a walk, so a walk we did. Puppers loved it. Boogy loved it. Frankly, I need the exercise.
Now I am home, relaxing for a bit before I cook dinner. Took a nice juicy nap earlier today too. Man I needed it.
I find there are tradeoffs for me when it comes to leveling using Archaeology & trying to get the skill levels up to 600 (so I can start doing crate trade-ins). As a lot of my alts have crates from Garrison missions but are too low in their skill level to trade them in for Tol’vir (because I am still chasing that blasted sword, argh).
I get twice the XP doing ARCH in Kalimdor than I do if I dig in Pandaria & onwards. The tradeoff for that is I will NEVER see a dig site appear in Uldum. Nope, not ever gonna happen, lol.
On the flip side, the ARCH from Pandaria & onwards doesn’t always have a guarantee of just giving a basic solve (and thus a crate). My alts are still capable of finding all the rare items that cannot be crated.
