It has been a day. Mentally and physically exhausted.
Should be almost done though. Finishing up at work, take the boys home, and crawl back under my rock til tomorrow.

Gorgeous day here - not a cloud in the sky, 70, just a bit of wind. Went out and played some disc golf. Score wasnât great, but I had fun, and thatâs the important part.
Now itâs time to get some ambition to clean a bit, then maybe make some food for next week. I have a brisket thawing so I can make corned beef tomorrow. That ought to be a fun experience - Iâve never done it before.

got easter dinner at family tomorrowâŚto my understanding, its gonna be aâŚâsouthern style bbqâ with smoked beef brisket and ribs, cornbread, mac nâ cheese and baked beans. desert is snickerdoodle cheese cake andâŚsomething called âPig Pickin Cake.â

Weekend and im exhausted long day outside at the costco propane shack im sure most have seen a costco propane shack well i had lineups go almost all the way around it. I know the exact moment when it all went to hell had 1 guy come up with 1 20lb tank and 4 100lb tank the 100lb takes about 5min apiece and we only have 1 scale that can do a 100lb.

Ahhh. Side effects. I can relate.
I feel like garbage. She wanted me to check out mower yesterday. She put bad gas in it. By bad I mean had been sitting all winter. Dumped it, burned the gas, put new gas in and mower fired right up. So j mowed the front. I feel it today.
not sureâŚnever really heard of it before, but iâm curious about the smoked brisket myself, as my cousin made a smoker from scratch by himself, which he used to smoke the meats for dinner tonight.
out of all of this though, iâd say the cornbread will be my fav. 
but who knows? the brisket may be really goodâŚnever really had it before, but smoked meats tend to intrigue me.
looked it up online and itâŚlooks just like reg lemon cake to me. though iâm curious about it none the less.
