It’s the mechanics that I’m dreading, not the time investment. I don’t mind something that I enjoy taking a while, but I do mind doing stuff that I don’t enjoy even if it’s fast. :frowning:

I’m a weird one when it comes to MMOs though, I know.

I bailed because the grind wasn’t engaging anymore after ten years. They made it worse with these end-game grinds. D3’s grind is a little better but really not good. I’ve been of the opinion that grinds are a bad idea period. Even to control the flow of play.
It’s a sub based game so extending play-time is what they are working towards.

I mean I don’t mind grinding. Opened another questline in Nazjatar so got a nice big chunk of rep completing it.

Mechagon I felt like that, until I realized the dailies do not show up on the map. Once I realized I had to go out and hunt WQ, the rep started flowing in. I know some went hardcore and have flying. I, for the most part, started a day late. By the time I got home, on, and through the questline it was raid time. So I lost a day there. I work weekend doubles so no way I will touch it on Saturday. So I missed a day last week, and tomorrow.

And I will still be in the “average player will have it within a couple weeks or so” crowd they said. I can live with that. I will either have it on Monday, or reset day.

Just keep trudging through. You will get it.

ugh…

Ordered some airbrush equipment off ebay. Paid for it and got notification the item shipped. Then I got a message from ebay the seller was removed for some “questionable” activities. Supposed to be here today…I’m wondering if I got ripped off, like if he sends me a brick.
