Today is a ‘curl up under the covers’ kind of day. We have a nor’easter coming through (so lots of rain and colder temps).
We have a pot of chili simmering on the stove. I have a nice hot cup of coffee (with a touch of Irish Cream) and watching the new Rambo movie.
I am sitting watching the first episode of season two of Critical Role. All this talking about it intrigued me enough to watch. Lots of fun so far.
Thinking some Hot Chocolate later after dinner for me and the boys
My wife is recovering nicely from Galbladder surgery. She so desperately wants to go relax in the bathtub but the post op instructions said she could not. She does not want to wait until her follow up appointment haha
We have rain here now. I am trying to hide in the heat to dry but I keep getting called.
pretty much what i feel like doing right now. >.< got some errands to run tomorrow, as i’ll be staying home Christmas Eve, and going to my aunts for Christmas dinner on the 25th.
i’ll be honest though…i kinda miss the zeppelin that went from Tirisfal Glades to Orgrimmar…the dialog between Coppernut and Cloudkicker was always priceless to read.
we had some snow…but it’s suppose to turn into the “wet stuff”, so i’m sad about that. was hoping for a white Christmas, but it’s not meant to be i guess. ;_; (just suppose to be partly/mostly cloudy between now and Christmas, with 0% chance of snow.)
Ironically, I’ve been out sick for a couple of days now. Thought I was doing fine this morning and felt a little guilty for calling in just to be sure, but this afternoon, I felt badly enough that I knew that I’d made the right call.
Hopefully I’ll be good to go tomorrow. 
Next time your at star bucks or coffee place pay for the next coffee or something a little kindness is the difference between a bad day and a good day.
Absolutely. I love doing this at Sam’s. Sneak a Hotdog combo on to the next person, etc.
i’ve been meaning to do that honestly…take a trip in for my coffeh…may very well be the last one i get before the holidays are over with. and i’ll likely not go back till next Fall for a Pumpkin Spice latte either.
I made two of my professors cry when I said that on behalf of [Department] Club, we’d be donating instruments (one prof is a musician) and medical supplies (another is a forensic type of person and had medical training) on behalf of them to the Border Angels (as we live 8 miles above the border).
When you get the funds, it can be something like coordinating this or if you get a gift card you can donate it to the cashier to ease someone elses transaction.

Really enjoying The Witcher right now, thoughnitndoes feel like it jumps liberally around I the timeline.
Yeah!!! It’s great! It took me a hot minute to find the class I enjoyed. It’s literally just like WOW in terms of how the game works, just done a little better and more modern. So I felt kinda overwhelmed haha. Still lots to learn! My only issue is learning how the map works when you zoom out to continent size 
Gona go see episode 9 in a couple of hours gona have fun.
Two days off this week, two days off next week, all paid. Sleep in -or- play WOW. Priorities, am I right? 
Others have more time off than me, obviously, as the traffic to work was minimal. - and the thickening fog as I neared the office was of little concern given how well spaced out everyone was.
