Please change the subject to your lovely green sweater and winter ear muffs.
Porkchops sound lovely! What are you having with them?
I am still working on leftovers from the weekend. Heh.

Speaking of ear muffs, the ones in the trading post are

YES! They look so good and don’t clip hair! Very tempting for a winter mog.

Most of the stuff hits northwest of us. We’re looking at maybe an inch and a half by Thursday morning. But then the temps drop “a bit.” Now if the wind started moving in from the northeast or east, we’d likely be in trouble.
I guess the area along Lake Michigan west of Grand Rapids got a foot last night/this morning.
Humbug!
If I didn’t have to bowl tonight, I’d be there by about 7:00-7:30.
Next Dev notes:
- We noticed the ear muffs don’t clip hair. We’ve implemented a fix to address that.

Afternoon folks. Pretty calm day, kinda laying in anticipation for this Friday for my meeting.
On the bright side, have someone making tacos tonight! Dunno if they’ll be as good as porkchops but it’s been a good while since I had some.
No news is good news, as the saying goes!

Left over Spareribs for lunch and fresh ones for supper if u see any missing tauren that wasnt me.
Kinda lost interest in chasing the felcycle. The pet battle aspect sounds like it is going to be a major roadblock for me. I’m a little bummed out about it. I really like the looks of my blazecycle, but the green fel aesthetic feels like a better match for my warlock.
Food related - Was thinking of spaghetti and meatballs for dinner, but I’d need to go buy some garlic bread.

We are going into low 20s tonight so I am making soup (beef broth, hamburger meat, assortment of veggies, & lots of spices) and rolls for dinner.

I would like to get the ear muffs, but any further Trading Post purchases will have to wait til I see what we will have in January (in case I need to save Tenders).
But I did go ahead and get the new helm from the Discord promo. Sadly, it is restricted to US only.

The AP pet battle WQs in BFA were almost enough to get me to care about pet battles.

Back to the candy factory! So cold in here…fortunately they gave us all a nice bomber jacket last year so I’m toasty right now.
To the Wintergreen!

Actually, I got a bit steamed last night at some homeless trying to lie to me about being allowed to camp out on the property I watch. He lost his temper when I successfully called his bluff by calling police. He drove off leaning on the horn.
I want to get into the secrets stuff, but I don’t think I have ever done any previously, so I’m not going to have those pets. So if they’re required for the pet battle part, I probably won’t get to that. Heck, I haven’t even properly started collecting tokens.
Anyway, I’m currently sitting in my favorite Thai restaurant, convincing myself that I’ll regret it if I finish this whole plate of pad thai. Tomorrow is my day off so I’m making aloo gobi and some kind of curry to have for the rest of the week. And maybe tandoori chicken if I can remember to get the chicken out of the freezer in time.
I did not think I was into them either, but I have several of the pets. I don’t have the ones that take really long quest lines, but most are simple to get. The hard part is leveling the pets which I have not done. I don’t really pet battle so… we shall see if I do it or not.

Christmas shopping struggle has started. I’m stressed. I have my daughter and her husband, my son, and my brother to buy for. My daughter is easy to buy for, but the men? What do you buy a man that has everything they need and buys what they really want for themselves?
My daughter and son-in-law are both gamers, play WoW, and work for gaming companies.
Any ideas?
Consumables! What do they like that they regularly use up? Favorite snacks, candy, cookies, personal care products, etc.
Just had that convo with my sister last night. My parents need nothing. She is doing what she does most years - a basket or box of dad’s favorite snacks + a few things that she thinks are neat like gourmet treats he might want to try, or some sort of local farm products.
If that fails, Darn Tough Socks. They have a lifetime guarantee.

There are some great guides to defeating Jeremy. IMO just have the right team of secret pets and a bit of luck. Don’t let it discourage you. I been stuck on the vault of the wardens puzzle for days.

My mom and stepdad have too much stuff, they will admit, so I have the same strategy. Mom has had some health issues that make it hard for her to cook as much as she used to. For their anniversary I took them a jar of refrigerator pickled onions and half a pork shoulder and batch of black beans I cooked.

Gift cards to their favorite restaurants! It’s what I end up doing for my parents for holidays and birthdays. Sometimes I’ll get gift cards for places I know they like but don’t visit too often because it’s a little pricy.
