I have yet to get the 20th Anniversary achievement. It does not seem to be actively in game yet.
There was a Blizzard post yesterday about it going in last night.
But it hasn’t yet. The game did update, but I wonder if it is also going to take restarts to make the final push for it. That or there was an issue that appeared when they tried to push it earlier.
