i feel like this would be perfect for my Dwarf Hunter…though i plan on race changing him to a Kul Tiran, then race changing my Night Elf to a Dwarf, thus i’ll get it on my NE Hunter instead, thus it’ll be ready for the eventual switch. xP
what a preposterous notion. 
any one doing Brewfest on BC Classic? trying to get the tokens for the Brew of the Month membership at least (though i wouldn’t mind the keg) but…i logged in this morning and got a brew sample from them.
not sure if its a bug or what…i didn’t get any membership with them on my Classic characters as i’m still working towards that atm…but did they just get membership regardless or will i still need to get the 200 tokens to get membership to continue getting free brew every month, and this was just a “taste” of what they have to offer?
edit: apologies for the double post. its early, i didn’t sleep that well so i decided to try playing some WoW, hoping it would help me want to sleep more.

If anyone just wants to go straight to the Grim Guzzler in order to tame the Pink Elekk, this is the fastest route I have found so far.
I timed it from the moment I zoned in at entrance until I tamed the pet and it took me 2 minutes 40 seconds. Granted, my alts outlevel the dungeon. Your results may vary if you are closer to its level. I didn’t stop to fight any mobs and did a Feign Death before I entered the Grim Guzzler.
CLICK FOR WALKTHROUGH - WITH PICS
From entrance, take left and go through the gate. Then take an immediate right and go through another gate. Then take the door on the left (East Garrison Door).
Once inside the East Garrison, your character may need to activate the Shadowforge Lock in order to open the upper door in the long path above. Hover over the lock and if you see the gear icon (as shown in screenshot) then you will need to click the Lock before heading up the ramp.
Once that is done, go up the ramp. Keep left and follow that (long) path all the way to the West Garrison. When you come out in to the main open area, take an immediate right and go down the ramp into the Manufactory area. Keep right and cut diagonally across the area until you come to the bridge leading into the Grim Guzzler.
Go into Grim Guzzler and go up to Plugger Spazzring and purchase his Plugger’s Blackrock Ale. For me x3 was just enough to get drunk with so I could see the Pink Elekk.
Please note: Kul Tirans require more alcohol to get them drunk.
The Pink Elekk will then appear next to the ramp you came up to enter the Grim Guzzler.

Man I feel you.
Last week did 50 hours in 5 days. This week it was 62 hours in 6 days. I am supposed to be off on Sunday, but I am not 100% certain that is going to happen.
I also left early 2 days this week and still pulled those hours.
I know I know, the 
is nice. Except that I spend most of it on food as I am way too tired to cook haha.

All 5 of my Hunters did their tames last night. They only did single tames since I don’t use Animal Companion.
Surprisingly, I haven’t seen any other Hunters with one yet. But I’m sure more will tame them as word spreads.
It’s on Wowhead now.
Yeah and it had already hit the WoW subReddit before Wowhead even picked it up.
So pretty soon we shall see all the pink elekks on parade. Maybe we can start a new trend and let this be the mammoth parade from now on, lol.

I followed Kyzera’s map and still got lost at first. I missed unlocking the door. Back tracked and got right there. I have a pink elekk named Pink and one named Berry. Two different hunter’s cause I only use one pet.

My apologies.
I will reword the walkthrough to suggest checking the Lock prior to going up the ramp to see if your character has to unlock the door or not.
Not all of my alts needed to unlock it, guess some had progressed enough through the dungeon while leveling.

I’m not sure why they didn’t need to unlock it as that door is locked by default at the start of the dungeon. It doesn’t matter how far they had progressed.
I have tried to figure out why some of my alts have the option to unlock it and some don’t. Other than maybe something further in the dungeon triggering it to stay open, I cannot think of anything else.
As I have mentioned before, I have been running it quite a bit farming for the Dark Iron Baby Booties, so I have been in there quite a bit across multiple alts.
Why not? [shrug]
