We are just before you weather-wise, so my store will probably be insane today. I have errands that mean the store where I work would be the most convenient, but I’m not going in there today. It’s so much easier to say “nope, vacation, can’t come in” when they can’t see you standing right there. I will be visiting one of the other locations that are actually closer to my house, just less on my route.

For any of you who are trying to stay warm from the extreme cold right now…there’s a great dumpster fire over in the GD forum. I’d recommend against reading it, but the heat from the fire might warm you up

This one was in a plastic ventilated bag inside a paper bag on the carpet, but the paper bag wasn’t damp or smelly so I think I caught it in time not to have it in the carpet. This is why I usually don’t buy a whole bag - can’t use them up fast enough and don’t have a good place to keep them.

You mean the one whose title is an acronym used by people who support a particular political candidate? I looked into the beginning of that one to see if they really were starting a political topic, saw that they were and it was already flagged, and noped on out of there. That was guaranteed dumpster fire from the start. That was basically OP applying a flamethrower to a dumpster full of gas soaked rags.

I couldn’t get my haircut Saturday, so I went in today. That’s done. Then about 20 minutes driving to just… drive (since I don’t really take the car out at all). It has 3/4 tank of gas, but I only have 130 miles of range left, based on the MPG.
It took me a loooong while to get into playing priest. And yeah - SPriest is a blast.
It’s going to be a zero for me today since I get the day off. Right now I’m glad I don’t work in a government position, but the work I do is kind of “government adjacent” (so I’m still concerned).
Hoo boy. I peeked; just seeing the first screen of posts was enough.
And now, off to make another cup of coffee while I wait for the laundry to finish.

I hadn’t enjoyed shadow that much the last few times I’ve played. You guys are making me want to try it again. I used to have fun running regular battlegrounds as holy, but that was a long time ago and I think the PvP landscape has changed.
I have a Voidweaver SPriest and it’s loads of fun! Does anyone know if Dark Ascension boosts Mad Queen’s Mandate?

Highly recommend. I went Archon and it’s been nothing short of hilarious going around in PvP, pointing a finger at a player and melting them with void lasers.
It’s been doing really well PvE too. Don’t know if I’ll have time this season to try running the Priest through Delves but I think she’d do really darn well.
I’m now of the opinion the rocket just flat out doesn’t exist. Yes it says it exists, even has a name, but by the Light the thing refuses to drop even after all this time.

Snow and blowing snow is the order of the day today. Some bands of Lake Effect™ snow today, which are blowing over from Lake Michigan, which is about 100 miles to the west. Which tells you about what the wind is doing today.
Somewhere (probably in storage), I have a Dumpster Fire “action figure.” It was a great addition to my work desk (when I had an office).

I honestly can say, I am glad I have no game time. I am not saying I would bite into the threads, but sometimes, even one reply can be harder for Vrak or Orlyia to deal with, so I am glad I don’t have any game time to post in GD.

Hooray! My decluttering efforts revealed the winter underwear I’ve been hunting for since November. Gonna need it this week!
Edit: Also found a prescription bottle from 1984. Has hair widgets in it, not meds, but still.
