Samsung has one really annoying failing: the digitizers they use are notoriously finnicky and require either super precise touches or subject to inadvertent touches. This is especially prevalent when pinching, which often results in accidental light speed scrolling instead of zooming.
I prefer Android in general just because you aren’t forced into a walled garden with much less control over how you use the device.
Still in San Diego prepping for when my mom’s body is released. Can’t release until we have a plan because storing her at a funeral home costs where the county will hold her for free at least 30 days with the option to extend if needed. Considering Legacy Funeral services as they might be able to determine if my mom gets death benefits from either of her previous husbands that served in the military. Can’t release until family has a plan for when they can come down if they want a viewing like I do (for closure).
Sad reality with the house is that it’s probably better to have my brother there until a management company can work on it and since realtors won’t touch properties where a death occurred (bad mojo) until it is no longer required to publicly announce said death, which is a year, at least someone there maintaining the property may in the end reduce total costs. My grandpa has the ability to change that if needed.
The eviction letter is on hold to try the diplomatic route, as the eviction process can take months, and a diplomatic route may save a ton of trouble.
